Passo dei Pecorai is an ancient Etruscan stopping point on the Tuscan transhumance route. Twice a year the flocks moved from winter pastures (Maremma) to summer pastures (Mugello), and vice versa. Millions of sheep passed from here with a route from 7 to 10 days, depending on the arrival destination. We have rooms and apartments to satisfy every need.
All are furnished with original period furniture integrated with modern insertions. We must honestly say that some rooms have small bathrooms but actually inside them, there is everything you need. The apartments range from 2 + 1, to 3 + 1, to 4 + 1, to 6 beds with three bedrooms. They all have independent entrances and many, even independent boilers for hot water and heating. We have a large 7000sqm garden and a swimming pool. A place to stay in peace, excellent for families with children and pets. The opening of the garden and swimming pool depend on the weather and in recent times also on state regulations. Some services can be closed without notice for your safety or in case of extraordinary maintenance. This aspect cannot be contested.

Surroundings
We are about 20 minutes from Florence city center and 16 from the A1-Impruneta exit. Easily accessible in a few minutes. The Passo dei Pecorai valley has many castles and places to visit. The nearest shopping centers are Mercatale Val di Pesa, Greve in Chianti, Strada in Chianti. For small purchases we have a grocery store together with the bar.
