Recently renovated, a stone's throw from the famous Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, a stone's throw from all the historic buildings of Salento. The propety is located in a quaint village of 'Grecìa salentina': Galatina, 'strategic city to reach the most important holiday and maritime places like Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce and all the others'.

Located in a central and well-served neighborhood, on foot you can reach the historic center of Galatina with its churches, baroque palaces and the splendid Piazza San Pietro, where many tourist events are organized in the summer, a short walk from all services ( post pharmacy restaurants supermarkets, bars).
