Me and my friend stayed in this hotel for a few days. Although we booked a room for 2 persons (and did pay for it!!), we got a room for 1 person! We even had to sleep in a single bed TOGETHER! Despite we asked the staff for another room, they kept on saying that this was a 2 pers. bedroom (weird with: 1 towel, 1 pillow and 1 glass…).
Besides that the room smelled like cigarettes from the neighbours/ was very noisy and the staff wasn’t friendly at all! And if you had to check out and wanted to leave your suitcases in the hotel for 1 or 2 hours, you had to pay 2 euro per suitcase per hour, so the ‘service’ wasn’t good also.
We definitely wouldn’t advice this hotel to others. Luckily Milan was a very nice city, but for this hotel and the staff you definitely wouldn’t come back!!

Very good location but very noisy and not particularly clean. I was woken up at 6am by loading and unloading outside. The double glazing doesn't work. You get woken up early every morning by traffic outside. Had other people's hair on the floor and everywhere in the room. Decent sized room.

It was a perfect place for the price, and even though they turned off the heat for hours every day, I still have no complains at all.

Staff was OK. Room was small and hot. A lot of people from a restaurant were shouting and making noise in the back-yard, both late and early. It was easy to go by tram to the central places of Milan.

Just a small inconvenient at the beginning because we've received a double bed instead 2 single beds.
This Hotel is very well sited close to the center with many lines of tram and bus and good shops.
We have spent 4 good nights.
