Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location

the hostel was excellent along with a good receptionist..very clean and quite accessible to the center

no 24-hour reception, no clean linen, noisy beds, cold, not a clean bathroom, too old building,...just good location!

I've stayed one night during a week long trip by myself.

The staff is really friendly and gave me tips and directions to move in Milan.

The dorm had enough space with bathroom and kitchen in the room.

The property is well located within walking distance from Milano Centrale, definitely an excellent choice.

The overall ratings for this hostel is excellent! The hostel is located near "Loretto" station, requiring a short 5-10 minute walk from the station. The people are very nice and the environment is clean, and has free wifi. One disadvantage though is there are limited plugs in each room for charging., which may end up competiting with other roomate for plugs for charging electronic devices.

The hostel is absolutely lovely. The rooms have their own really well equipped bathroom and even a small kitchen with water heater etc etc. It's close to the shopping area and the central city. You can't hear the street noise at all, because it is located in a inner yard, but as all hostels, a bit noisy in general. On the other hand you have to pass two doors to get inside so it's very secure and gives you in general a very homey, friendly feeling with staff that not only gives you their private phone number but also tells you the adress of the best pizza place in all of milan. I kid you not!

I really reccomend it to everyone! The stuff is nice, the location is perfect and and the rooms are very comfortable snd shiny!

The Hostel was exactly what I needed for the 3 nights in Milan, very well connected, very helpful staff and very comfortable in terms of facilities offered. I have already recommended it to some of my friends :)

I was charged more than I was originally told I was going to be charged. Also the inside of the rooms were very nice, except that I couldn't remeber which door was which at first. It would be helpful if things were labeled.

personal is so accomodating and friendly, hotel is clean and it's just walking distance from the train station. Great location, great price.

Reception hours are short so difficult to get information. Information on thing to do in the area is a little sparse. kitchen facilities would be good if you could cook. Staff helpful. air con is good. Nice location

nice hostel, staff very good. a small hostel with lots of different rooms in different properties so hard to mix with other people. Would not be ideal for solo travellers. No common rooms or meeting areas with tv etc.

The hostel's staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! They helped me print out my boarding pass for my flight the day after without charge. The location is also a short walk to the train station. In all, I had a great stay!

Comfy beds, a good location and relatively clean environment for the price paid. Doesn't hurt that breakfast and dinner (from mon-sat) is provided. ^^

Friendly staff, easy to go to sites around Milan and was provided with a great map and advice. Only issue was I had a little trouble finding it however that is due to confusing italian streets.

The location was far (about a 40 minute walk) to the center city where all the attractions such as the duomo and castle are. But it's right next to the metro which takes you right to it and it's very cheap. Anna (the hostel owner) is very accommodating and helped show us how to get around as well as recommend things to do at night and where to eat. She's very friendly and hospitable which I found very comforting for my first time staying in a hostel. Definitely recommend!

It was a lovely hostel. Nice and friendly staff.

The location of Central Hostel Milano is very convenient. The Loreto metro stop is just a 3-5 min walk and the main train station is also in a walking distance (15 min). The staff is very friendly and makes sure that everything is understood. They also provide tips and suggestions of what to do in Milan. The atmosphere of the hostel is very friendly and safe. It has a "family" atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this hostel.

I booked in-23Jan/out 24Jan, and with an important note stating my late arrival in Linate written in Italian. I don't know if it is Hostelsclub or Central Hostel negligence, but I had my overnight in STAZIONE CENTRALE di Milano. They have 2 phone nos. you can call but one answers a machine and the other one rings but nobody answers.

For sure I will inform every single traveller not to risk booking with Hostelclub and this Central Hostel after my Dangerous overnight in the train station.

Best Hostel in Milan!

I have been very surprised to find a such nice place in the Center of Milan for this price. Really clean and comfortable, nice reception, good energy. If I pass by Milan one other time I will for sure come back there.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Tragic location, very easy to find, close to everything! 2 minutes from Metro, 3 stops to San Babila, 10 minutes from Central station! Many shops around, as well as restaurants for locals with good food and cheap price!

My dorm room is neat and clean with a small "kitchen" (fridge, microwave and some dishes, teacups), private bathroom (shower with hot water, tissue, hair dryer avalaible from the reception). Breakfast was basic, but it's not a big deal to me.

I stayed 2 nights at Central Hostel Milano and it was a pleasant stay! The people at the reception are very kind and helpful! I wish I could stay longer to attend Italian class with Daniela on weekdays at 4pm. I will sure book it here the next time and recommend it to anyone who is going to Milan.

The location is good, two stops (M2) from Milan central & right off Buena Aries. Be aware that the check-in time during weekend is noon, it want clear on the website. And it's weird that female dormitory's door cannot be locked and not enough locker for 6 people.

Great location, great staff- Daniela waited for me until nearly midnight for me to arrive! She gave me a ton of recommendations in the area that were all very good. The building itself is also very secure and i felt safe the whole time. I recommend staying here!

I ended my 2 month journey in Milan and had the best time at this hostel. Daniele and Lucca are great and even took us for a night out. Lucca's service makes you feel like you're living in a 5 star hotel - quick, efficient and friendly. Greatest staff ever!

Daniela was a great host. She told us about places to see and very good restaurant to visit to have a fantastic Italian food.

It's a good value for the money I've paid.

It is very close to Loreto Station which was very convenient (takes about >10min from Central station by walking). staff was friendly (forgot her name). price good cleanliness good position good - nothing to complain about :)

Excelent choice to travel, Daniella and her personel make you feel in home, I'll make it my second home while in Italy

nice, clean, close to shopping and central station (walking distance). Lady of the house is very nice and attentive. Bads not so comfortable...

(+) Very friendly welcome on arrival. Four bed dorm was spacious, very clean, comfortable with good bathroom/shower and basic kitchen (microwave). Also had A/C which helped reduce the summer heat. Area and hostel felt safe and was secure. Quiet atmosphere and two good nights' sleep, which suited me very well.

(+/-) No real negatives. Location is ok imo as it is very close to the reasonably priced metro, allowing access to city centre within 10-15 mins. Very close to the central station (10 min walk), although the hostel is not very obviously marked from the exterior which had me walking up and down the street a few times! They moved a fifth person into the dorm on my second night. In fact there was plenty of room so this didn't really impact negatively. Good choice for basic budget accommodation- would use again.

I really would like to say something about the hostel, but it is impossible, because they even didn´t open the doors when I came there at 22 o´clock. The owner told me to find the place in Milan by myself...It was really late and everything booked. She didn´t care. I want you to know, that the reception is not working and you better tell the owner exact time of you coming, other way you will stay alone in that big city. Watch out: THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE RECEPTION AT WEB PAGE. In any language.

-No breakfast included in B&B,and a long walk to centre,it was hot in August with no aircon,but you can cope.Kitchen is for takeaway only,not for proper use.

I only stayed for a night, but got a very good impression. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and well-equipped and the hostel is close to the central station, what helps a lot if you have an early train somewhere.

This was a lovely hostel, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was that I saw a silverfish bug in the bathroom, but those are horrific to get rid of and there was no damage to my belongings so it wasn't a big problem.

Really friendly staff, brand new room, very good position from underground and central station. Quiet place...
