Hotel Demò ***

Everything was excellent. The staff was very nice. It was great to sleep there.

A clean hotel close to Milano Centrale. Very good air-conditioning in the room. Internet was way too expensive and the reception didn't have enough change in their cash. Breakfast was good.

Good value for money place with breakfast included. Upon arrival however we were taken round the corner to another establishment (which I believe belongs to same owner) instead of the Demo it's self, a very cheeky move. Over all a pleasent stay.

Great hotel for that price. Clean room, hot water, rich diversity of food during breakfast. I will stay in this hotel during my next trip to Milan.

A query was missing for 2-3 days before the arrival for the confirmation of the hour of coming.

It is possible to avoid errors of the broadcast of automatic reserving of hotel places in Hostels Club.

The hotel was clean and good localated, near the train. Friendly staff.

Totally, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for group of 3 like I did last time. The room fee would be cheaper while you guys can still enjoy the quality of a 3 star hotel. Clean and in very convenient position (100 meters from the Stazione Centrale), the staffs are friendly and good enough in english. That's all I need (though one woman among the receptionists were not really that nice)

we stat at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel is near the train station, the staff is ok, we were on the 0 floor so it s not too clean

As a student who is used to cheap hostels, I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, privacy and price of our stay. Also included large breakfast with fruit, pastries, cereal etc.. Only complaint is that the man at reception would just turn his back at first when I was trying to explain that a deposit had already been paid and that the price he was asking of us was higher than had been promised, but it worked out in the end. Very close to train station too!

actually we are not been arranged to live in hotel 'Demo', but instead, another one nearby (just turn around a corner), the hotel is basically good compared with the one we lived in Venice, worth the price and recommend to try it!

The hotel was good. Not so many places to park the car. the breakfast was excellent. It is a little unconvinient that the hotel is in a flat (which other people live) and we needed to knock on the reception door everytime we want to go out.In comparison to the area of the hotel the price was too high.

Tidy and neat rooms, with very nice bathroom, LCD TV, phone, hair dryer. Breakfast included, although I felt disappointed with the coffee-like drink out of machine instead of real Italian esspreso.

It is located just 5 minutes walking from the Central Station and just 2 minutes walking from the nearest subway station. The area is rather calm and quiet, with hardly any bars or shops.

At the check in we had to wait to get our rooms, even though we were supposed to get them at 12pm - they were still not ready.

All in all, very good choice for this price. I recommend it to anyone who comes to Milan for sightseeing.

The room was clean and very quiet. Close to main central station and shuttle-bus to malpensa airport.There was though no door in bathroom and a bad smell from the drains, and no reduction in the price.

Perfect position + more than friendly staff! We stayed just one night but everything was excellent.

We stayed at families in a room. When we told that we departed early next morning to the staff, he prepared breakfast though for us it was overtime. I was very glad. Thank you. Hotel faced the main street, the place was easy to find, and the bus stop which arrived from an airport was near. There was convenient at all.

very annoyed that even after we gave 48hours notice we could not arrive on said day but a day late they charged us.not happy about that.crappy would not go back

This hotel needs to improve clean aspects.

5 min walk from central station. breakfest was really nice. Rooms were clean, TV in every room.

The room is clean, but the bathing tub flooded easily. The location is good, only 2 mins walk to metro station and 10 mins walk to the Central train station. However the room is facing a road of busy traffic which is very noisy, the lights in the room is inadequate. The staffs are friendly and breakfast is included.

Bog standard, but clean and very convenient for the train station and coaches to the airport.

There was no lift and bell boy, so you have to climb one or two floors with your laguages by your self.

Pretty tatty at the moment. Need to make the rooms cleaner, then it will be great value again.
