good for the cost but they also took city tax from me which I never paid anywhere else. m not sure abt the rules.. btw overall was good. if u walk from main station u need atleast 15 20 mins. things can get more better. can use better technology for entry system i.e

Вполне приемлемо для бюджетных туристов. Рядом ветка метро, и магазин круглосуточный. Есть свои минусы, но за эту цену, может быть.

EPIC FAIL: staff scortese per la qualunque richiesta (piumone aggiuntivo, deposito bagaglio pagando, accesso camera durante orario pulizie). Altamente sconsigliato, seppur location interessante. Un'opportunità mancata.

No hot water, the security system is stupid. People do not speak English good, and the atmosphere is unpleasant . Dirty shower and toilet. No towels provided cheap old beds . I felt myself to be in something like prison. Do not recommend. The worst hostel I have ever visited

Great location 5 mins away from a subway station, the staff is friendly and made me a new bed downstairs for free (the first night they were all occupied and I had to sleep on the upper one). The only thing you have to be cautious about are thieves - my breakfast and iPhone cable got stolen. The original Apple cable was replaced by an old broken one which didn't work and the only thing left of my food in the fridge was the package.

The owner does not stop disrespecting customers, when I told her that this could not be, she threw me out of the hostel and left me with my bags on the street. I have never encountered anything like it and I have traveled all over the world.

A very unpleasant person running this hostel. She had a big grudge against me that I arrived late, although I had anticipated it in the email attached to the booking. She added some additional costs to my account, which were not included in my booking, some special entry fees. As it was late, I had to agree. A grim and unpleasant place, just like its owner. I do not recommend.

recepcioner,u 23 sata zakljucava kuhinju i frizidere,svi moraju biti u krevetima takodje u 23 sata ,poslije ovog vremena nije dozvoljeno biti u zajednickim prostorijama,ne moze se platiti karticom,jer je u kvaru aparat

Recepshionist urlò a me e mi ha cacciato fuori dell'ostello.

Terrible place, stinks, staff is inadequate, seems like beggars' hang-out, ugly conditions

El albergue está vacío de personal, solo hay un hombre en recepción que se va de ve en cuando. En la habitación que nos toco había un baño solo con la dicha y el lavadero pero estaba sucio y con calcetines de otras personas, a parte del otro baño que había fuera que era para todas las personas. Había una nevera en la habitación rota y llena de mierda por dentro. Para ir a La Cocina había que bajar a la primera planta, a otro albergue y cocinar, pero estaba bastante vieja y sin ningún cacharro donde hacer la comida y demás.

INCOMMENTABILE.

Average hostel but good value for money if you're wanting a cheap hostel

Ho soggiornato più di una volta nell'ostello. E' abbastanza pulito,ovviamente bisogna tener conto che lo spazio è condiviso da tante persone, quindi spirito di adattamento. Però io il bagno e la cucina le ho trovate sempre pulite. Altro punto a favore la vicinanza con la linea rossa Rovereto e Turro, ed è a20 miunuti a piedi dalla Stazione centrale. Punti negativi : la scortesia della prorpietaria, il fatto che spesso c' sempre una divergenza tra il preventivo del sito e quello che vai a pagare all'ostello, e che per avere la fattura la devi chiedere più di una volta.Poi se vuoi lasciare i bagagli paghi due euro ad ora. Mi sembra eccessivo. Quidni andate senza tante pretese ma occhi aperti quando pagate,

My bed wasnt even made when I got in my tiny 4beds room. Got up very early the following day to run away from that place. Not a good place to stay.

Esta cerca de la estación central y a 20 minutos en metro del centro. La limpieza y las habitaciones están bastante bien pero las recepcionistas son bastante bordes.

Ostello situato piuttosto lontano dal centro di Milano. Malgrado ciò rimane molto comodo vista la vicinanza alla linea rossa del metrò e al capolinea del tram 1. Ambiente tutto sommato pulito e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

В хостеле чисто и тихо, отличная кухня. Рядом 2 станции метро, в 7 минутах ходьбы супермаркет. 30-60 минут прогулки - и вы в центре Милана.

El hostal está bien ubicado, muy cerca a una estación del metro así que uno se puede mover fácilmente. Por el precio que uno paga está bastante bien, es limpio y agradable. Ahora, el personal es lo peor. Son groseros, desagradables. Lo mandan a dormir a uno a las 11 de la noche y si uno no tiene sueño lo gritan y lo insultan. A nosotros llegaron hasta amenizarnos. Dormimos con miedo la segunda noche de lo groseros y agresivos que fueron con nosotros, sólo queríamos irnos. Además hay que tener en cuenta que cuando le cobran a uno lo sorprenden con un adicional obligatorio de un impuesto que uno no está esperando pagar. Si no fuera por la grosería del personal yo lo recomendaría, pero fueron tan agresivos que no volvería jamás.

I dont know why people complain so much about this hostel. It isnt certainly a party hostel but it is super clean and conveniently located! Angela is great!!

The staff is borderline regarding politeness. I hated the way they receive you starting at the gate as if you are suspicious even of it's 4 pm and that you announced your arrival about that time. I hated also the additional fees for the linen written in small characters. If they are mandatory, why you don't include them right away in the advertised price... very poor kitchen. Over all it is more than ok.

Hostel w porządku, 18 łóżkowy pokój okazał się holem z pokoikami po 2 łóżka piętrowe, ale nie było szafek własnych żeby schować rzeczy chyba że za opłatą i naliczyli więcej niż pisało na stronie. Obsługa chyba w ogóle nie sprawdzała kto wchodzi a kto nie. Generalnie jak ma się niskie oczekiwania daje radę

rooms were clean but very small, shower and toilet not seperated, kitchen utensils like oven were not to use because of damage, sitting in the kitchen and joking and laughing during lunch is not welcome, you have to be quiet, accessible 24h

Auberge assez propre en fonction du moment de la journée. Perso simpa qui parle très bien anglais. Dommage que il faille prendre un métro sur plusieurs stations pour aller en ville

Staff estremamente disponibile, ottima come soluzione per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Milano con un buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A estrutura do local é boa, é muito bem organizado e situado, mas tive dificuldades na recepção por não haver alarme na porta ou interfone para contactar a recepcionista, só o pude fazer devido alguns franceses que chegaram e telefonaram para que a recepcionista abrisse o portão. Tive que pagar uma taxa de 15 euros devido serviços de roupa de cama e que tal taxa não me foi informada anteriormente no momento da reserva.

2段ベッドが少し不安定でした。

掛け布団はベッドによってぼろぼろのものがありました。

シャワーは暖かい水が出るまで2～3分かかり、使っていると冷水に戻ることがあるので頭を洗うので精一杯でした。(11月に宿泊したため寒かった)

部屋の温度に関しては問題なしでした。

Very cheap, close to metro station, nice service, I recommend
