BT Rooms

When I booked a private bathroom I expected a bathroom inside my room. No! This is outside, so I needed to take my things and change inside the outside bathroom. Also it is in the main hall. So anyone could use it.

Second point is that I booked this place because my friends would stay at the hotel at the same corner. But my room wasn’t located where it was written. Two blocks away. The location remains good, for sure! But the point is the I should be at the next building where my friends were. But this was not what happened.

Besides, the fee of late checkout is too expensive! They tell you have to pay but they only tell you the price after you book! 20 euros per late checkout! Come on!!!

At least the room is nice, with good air conditioning, and clean.

Good location, nearby Train Station and Metro Station. You can reach the city centre by walk if you want.

Cheap/Cozy and well located for a little city break in the eternal city.

DO NOT COME HERE! The owners love to make claims which they do not live up to. I stayed here for a week and the WiFi never worked. It didn't work for me or anybody else. Everyone complained but they never did anything about it since there was a signal, but no actual Internet. I saw many people waiting outside because they were supposed to be checked in but the owners only show up when someone is supposed to be here, but they still didn't show up half the time. The cost is simply too high for what you get and I would stay somewhere else.

The place is not really a Hostel, there are no kitchen instalatins, no organized tours or activities, doesn't have a common place, and the list goes on. Quite expensive.the location and cleanliness are good though.

Positive - Beautiful spacious room with kitchenette and kitchen ware.

Require Improvement - Breakfast was a joke. No staff member available in the apartment ever. Few of the bulbs which were not working in the room were not replaced even after 4 days of the complaint

Positive: Its location, really close to Termini train station, metro and the main attractions in Rome. It was very clean, and beds were comfortable.

Negative: Breakfast quality is really poor for the price you pay, the pastries don't have any taste. Wifi doesnt't work properly in the entire room. We had to keep the window open during night due to the hot weather and the streets around were very noisy.

Good value for money... I would definitely come back again...

Pros: lovely room; a bread-based breakfast included; on-site staff; pleasant neighbourhood (though very close to the main station which is not a nice place at night).

Cons: only first 1.5 hours of Wi-Fi free irrespective of your length of stay; showers and toilets are very cramped and there aren't really enough sinks for all guests; no kitchen.

This was our first time staying in a hostel and the experience was not disappointing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was not entirely clean when we moved in but for the rest of our stay they kept it spotless. Everything worked -- A/C, toilet, shower, sink, coffee machine, etc. and the travelers in the other rooms were quiet.

Clean and a somewhat cheap price.

Position is okay but a bit far away from the center.

Staff is friendly but nothing special.

Downsides:

- You have to leave your room between 11:00 am and 15:00 pm for cleaning every day.

- Breakfast is not what i would call a coffee a vendor machine "croissant" and 2 slices of vendor machine bread.

- NO KITCHEN what is an absolute must for backpackers all they have is something to heat water and a microwave

This Hostel has the best location in Rom. I was suprised that there is an aircondition in a 5 beds room, besides every guest gets a free towel. The Staff was very friendly. I will definitively book this Hostel again.

Good location, the lovely and smiley Diana at reception who looks after you nicely. The breakfast is very poor. I had to had another one outside. I recommend this place **

Clean, nice room. Nice and helpful staff, good localisation (centre of Rome, close to Rermini Train Station, metro, bus stops and bars.

Didn't really stay at B&T rooms, due to my reservation arriving a bit late, but the friendly girl Diana cleaned up the (my) mess and got me a room at Dany rooms, another of their B&B 10min walk away. i lived in a single bed room, clean and cozy. i'd love to stay another time.

We stayed three nights at B & T Rooms and are very satisfied with all aspects to mention such as: location, room cleaning, breakfast and accessibility. Definitely recommended. A great place for a reasonable price.

Fantastic value: private room cleaned every day, good location near Termini (metro but few sights) and reliable and helpful staff who also spoke good English. Only disadvantage was no common area for eating breakfast.

DIANA IS A GREAT LADY IN CHARGE, SHE HELP ME A LOT WITH THE PLACES FOR VISIT, AND GIVE ME ALL THE RECOMENDATIONS TO GET THAT PLACES REALLY EASY,BY BUS, TRAIN AND WALK.

I THINK SHE MAKE A GREAT JOB TO BE IN CHARGE.

Nice location near central train station. Very clean. 30 euro for a single room was value for money.

I was in a private room which was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent and the price wasn't too high to my opinion. The receptionist-lady was fairly unfriendly and didn't speak any english. But overall a good hostel on an excellent location :)

We have stayed in the detached bit of the hostel - arround 50 mtrs away from the main site - and it was clean, nice and perfect. From some strange reason we got two double rooms even when we had booked only two single ones. The only drawback was the personnel not speaking English.

The location is very close to Termini. The sink was leaking in the kitchen and we couldn't use it. There is no internet or wi-fi at all. The breafast is small, but ok. There is a freage in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The didn't have a hair drier or iron to borrow. It's Ok in general

Cool apartment!! Just perfect location. Very clean and neat rooms, all facilities are included, the only problem we had was Wi-Fi, as we had to go to another building.

Conclusion: Perfect value for money.

The owner of the place is a very nice and helpful person. The hostel itself is very small (just few rooms) but it creates even better climate. If you don't expect luxury like in Hilton or Ritz hotel and instead you are looking for a cosy place at a good price - it will be perfect for you. The location is great either - it's not as loud and crowded as those in the centre of the city but still it doesn't take more than 15 minutes to get to Colosseum on foot. Let me recommend you B&T Rooms!

My suggestion for owner of "B&T rooms" is: Only make a small kitchen when the guests would make simple lunch or dinner.

The host is extremely helpful and caring. It makes you feel like at home. The breakfast was provided and the bathroom was clean and available. I really liked the say in BT rooms and I can really recommend it.

I was hosted in another building with a nice location within minutes to the Colisseum and next to a Subway station, it was clean and quiet, I highly recommend it.

This is very good Hostel! I will come back.

I got moved to the TraniRooms locations near Piazza Vittoria Emanuelle. Hostel is clean and quite. They only speak Italian though. Neighbourhood during the day is perfect, but at night strange people hang around against cars drinking beers etc..

The place is really close to the central station, just one station by subway and 10 or 15 min by walking. (If u stay in the one which is in Buonaroti street, because I think they have another and is different)

If u look for a clean place you can trust in this b&b.

The lady who recieve you is kind but she doesnt speak english, just italian, so be prepared.

Is a nice place to sleep and basic things. They dont have internet in the Buonaroti address...

I initially booked a two-bed room but once the staff realized we came as a couple, we received a cute room with huge double-bed, AC and a small fridge for the same price. Perfect location, great place to sleep over! I would willingly stay longer if I could!

This hotel is highly recommended. the first hostel id ever stayed in, did not let me down.

If you want a place to sleep and nothing more, this is a good and cheap place! I will definitely consider to book my next visit to Rome with B&T Rooms!

the location is good and if you are an independent solo traveler, this place will suit you for its price. It is unfortunate that I only get to see the owner Antonio on the first day when i checked in. Otherwise I am pretty much left to my own. If you can manage your way around, you will be fine.

Great place!

I have stayed only 2 nights, but I have to say that the hostel gave me a good impression. The position is really close to the main railway station and to the Metro, Claudia is really nice and one other important thing: you can sleep quite and there is no mess. To suggest.

It was a very clean, nice and charming room. Everything was as we expected. A bit noisy from the street traffic during the night, but in general we are very satisfied, and would recommend it to others.

A great place, clean, well maintained rooms, great location right next to Termini Station, definite value for money.

Hostel has great location. Crew is very friendly and heplful. Rooms and bathrooms are perfeclty clean.I`m fully recomend staying there.

The hostel surpassed our expectations. We've read some reviews describing B&T Rooms not reaaly as a Hostel, but actually apartments with private rooms and a shared bathroom. This structure allowed us great privacy.

The bathroom was in great conditions and everything was clean.

The Hostel is close to Termini train and subway Station and cheap places to eat - as well as supermarkets.

The staff was friendly and the services were good - no burocracy! When we go to Rome the next time, we know where were gonna stay! =)
