Please avoid this place. I thought it was a good deal and looked good in pictures. But the place smelled like bad cologne and looked like a dingy basement apt. I also thought it was an advantage to be so close to Termini but that actually made it worse as the place is on ground level close to the heavy traffic that passes which means sleepless nights. Oh yeah and no AC or a fan, beware it gets hot.
I regretted my stay. Please avoid.

First of all,not it is a semi basement, because we are on the first floor, this customer has already said the first thing is not true, and the other things are not true, because no customer has complained of what he says.

Very well-located, easy access to all important sights. It is a bit loud at night, but it is not nearly as bad as some people said. Don't count on breakfast, since you get only coffee and a croissant. It definitely pays off!

If you want to visit the monuments of Rome, you need to walk a lot, so I recommend it only for young students, who wants to save a little money on their journey. Otherwise the room was clean, the bathroom was satisfying and it was only ours, wich is a very good thing at this price. If you dont answer the knocking when the breakfast arrives, you wont get it! But its only enough for some energy to walk to a shop and buy some real breakfast, so you can skip it

Very good location, 5 minutes walking from Termini (train station). Very clean and the guy working there is very nice. The only problem is the shower, too tiny.

Excellent value. Had my own room and private bathroom. Both clean, although it was small it was enough for me, a solo traveler. Location next to Termini, 15 min walk from Colosseum (or 1 stop away by Metro from Termini)

This place was lovely! Our room was huge and very clean! It was minutes from the mainline station which was great and there was no traffic or rowdy noise in the night. The owners were both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was basic but was more than adequate for us. Highly recommended for a cheap well located stay in Rome!

Perfect position, only 5 min walk from Termini. A bit noisy at night, but it's not bothersome - hey, it's in the middle of Rome, where you can buy some delicious food at 0.30am! ;)
The lady in charge of the place doesn't really speaks english, but she very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room a 2 minutes walk from the Termini train station, we took a double room with (a tiny) WC. It was a little noisy during the day due to nearby air-conditioning systems. The owner came early (8:30) to serve breakfast (croissant and coffee). Check out is within 10:00 anyway. Ideal for a short stay.

My experience at the hotel was positive due to its location, cleanliness and privacy in the bedroom.
Negative points:
The internet is switched off during night.
There is no 24-hour reception.
The breakfast is very limited.

excellent position (5 minutes from train and metro station, excellent staff, a little bit of noise because our room was up of a bar and the client talked just in front of our window; check in and check out at 10 A.M. but it is possible to leave the luggage in the lounge room.

For me, the best place to stay in Roma. The room was completely ok, clean and bathroom also. Every day breakfast. Staff pleasant. Mayby there was quite noise but it is normal in whole roma.

Excellent accommodation, i stayed here for two weeks and found it to be the following - great value for money, great location near termini, breakfast brought to your room every day, very clean, air conditioning in room, very friendly and accommodating hosts - no sensible request is too much for them, comes extremely recommended. An excellent base to explore Roma from at a bargain basement price, what more could you ask for???

The room was facing to the street and it was very noisy at night. Service was great though, I can recommend this place but make sure that you bring ear plugs.

It is very good and convenient that the hotel is quite near the central terminal station. And it is quite clean also. One shortcoming is that the WC is seperated from the main bedroom.

-towels and bed sheets did not change by hostel stuff during our stay (six days and five nights),
-flor of the sleeping room and bathroom did not clean by hotel stuff during our stay,
-pretty noisy room becouse og street traffic,
-very scary breakfast (only coffe croissant),
-hotel stuff do not speak English

we have change towels every 3 days and sheets change every 7 days. the breakfast is italian breakfast and is coffè cappuccino or tè and croissant .In Rome there is every traffic because is big city is normal. Room cleaning is done every morning ,this client was always in the room.

The B&B Pitagora is very small but nice and clean. You get an italian breakfast( coffee+croissant)with room service. The location is perfect, it is 5 minutes from Termini train station.

Don't go there ever! It was the worst experience I ever had in European hotels.
The hotel is dirty, stuff is unfriendly. We couldn't find anyone at the reception during the day. Our room was untidy, and nobody cleaned it up during 3 nights stay. They even didn't swipe the floor during the whole stay. The breakfast was awful.
Moreover, they charged additional 52,70 Euros from the credit card I had used at the www.hostelsclub.com, and didn't return the money, after we fully payed with cash upon arrival.
Never go there! It's a dreadful place, even for this price.

What the customer states is not correct!
First of all no one was at the reception only because the customer never told us her arrival time (even if we sent her many emails to know this since we don't have a 24/7v reception). The room was clear and the breakfast was a typical italian breakfast with cappuccino and brioches.
The customer lies about many things: for example she gave us 50/100 on position even if we are really central in Rome, just a couple of minutes from Roma Termini Railway station.
Last thing: the amount of 52,70€ has only been pre-authorized from the credit card and it's been suddenly unblocked as soon as the stay of the customer ended.
If there's someone who should complaint for this booking is us.

Staff is very helpful, but does not speak any foreign language (even in English). Breakfast is very less, and we got only 2 times, instead of 3 (3 nights were payed in advance), but no refund. Room has not been cleaned for min. 2 weeks (!), but furtunately only floor was dusty, bathroom was not washed up, trashbin was not emptied at all during staying. Aircondition was not included in the price, had to be payed separately.

Is in the Center of Rome. The breakfast is ridicuous, just coffee or tea and one Croissant. The room is nice. The owner try to help us, but his english is not good. On hot days you have to pay more 5 euro to use the air cond. There's no wireless in the B&B, but is checked this sight on hostelsclub.com. I think there are anything better them here.

Small family hotel greatly located near Termini station (3 min. waking distance) and very close to all the attractions in the city center. Very easily accessible by public transport.
A little bit noisy during the night.
The room was spacious, but the bathroom very small - ours was across the hall!
The receptionist was friendly and helpful person. Do not count on the breakfast - a croissant in the morning was not enough even for a child.
As a whole - the location and the service makes it good value for the money.

The B&B is located 5 minutes from the Termini Train Station. The host was very nice, he accompanied me to buy my train ticket because I was leaving very early in the morning. The only thing is that the fan was not working well and I spent a very warm night.

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from train station. Has only few rooms. I have own shower room but not inside the bed room. Owner is nice but staff cannot speak english. Breakfast serves from 8.30, which is too late for me. Hotel is in the first floor and can hear noice from pub nearby.

The worst place I've ever been in. To have a private WC room they move you to another address in a very deprorable building. Room wasn't ready when we got at 4pm. They require cash payment without telling in advance, breakfast is only a cup of espresso and a croissant. There is no frontdesk, if you need something nobody is there to help you; they really do not care about their clients. I do not recommend this place at all.

The location was great, the room was simple but clean and for backpackers adequate. The breakfast was also simple: a croissant with a coffee - but I found the italian espresso almost perfect. I think the accomodation was pretty good for than price and that location in Rome. I would recommend B@B Pita Gora.

I recommend this place because it is next to all the public transports and it is situated in the historical center therefore next to the most greater monuments and it is very clean.

Ben localizzato vicino a tutti i più importanti monumenti ,il Colosseo a dieci minuti camminando, molto comodo per chi deve prendere il treno perchè è vicinissimo alla stazione Termini , il servizio di pulizia è efficiente.
