Friend House

Good hostel. VERY clean and wonderful staff. The room was a bit noisy as it was near the street and breakfast (a croissant and juice or coffee) was very small, but it was free.. The hostel was also tricky to find as there is only a tiny sign on the door.

The location, bed and all facilities are all excellent. All staffs are nice and we really felt their welcome. I will definitely stay here next time!

If you would like to have a good memories about your visit to Rome, I recommend you to choose another hostel

What a wonderful place to stay! I was only there for one night, but the staff was AMAZING (they take so much pride in the hostel and they really care about the clients) and the facilities were perfect and clean. I would reccomend the Romangelo to anyone :)

Not bad at all! The best part was the fact that the hostel was very well cleaned and there wqas a light breakfast served in the mornings. Close to all good sights but sort of on a weird end of town, though nothing bad happened while we stayed there. Kind of confusing to find without a smartphone but really near the main train station.

Very nice staffs & very friendly. The position is perfect, just some minutes walk from Termini and it is no doubt a very good choice for the budget traveller. I highly recommend it.

Victor was nice in showing me how to get around, but I never saw him again after that. At night and check out, there was only Chinese people and I had a lot of problems in being understood. The location is good, and the rooms are ok too. Breakfast is just cereal, bread, "nutella spread", coffee, tea. Nothing special

We stayed in the 2nd location of the Friend House, directly besides Stazione Termini. It is close to all important sights (via feed or metro). Though it was loud and noisy sometimes during night(due to the closeness to Termini), I would recommend this hostel.

The staff is really nice and very obliging. The room was tidy and clean.

I would not recommend this hostel and would not go back. I'm rarely one to say this. One of the older men working there who seemed to be security or the owner was just plain rude. Other staff were nice but lacked English big time. Upon arriving I had never had a worser welcoming. It was pretty much this is your room this is the cost. No guide around the hostel, breakfast times, map of city, or even where the shared bathrooms were. Had to find out n ask on our own. Pretty easy to do yes but its just poor service. Reception closes, no towels were given daily, at night cars driving past lots of noise. Worst ever. Best part is location, central to everything. It was cheap as anyway...

The location was decent but not ideal- not a too far walk to metro or sights. We were asked to pay with cash upon arrival which was unexpected with our credit cards on file. Decently clean although needed sweeping and I didn't trust the pillows- AC worked well. Staff was friendly and hard working.

This hostel was a great surprise during our trip to Italy. The staff was great, it was very near to Roma termini and to metro station. I really recomed that.

Staying in Friend House was really a wonderful experience, hostel is very nice, neat, the rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy bathroom. Mr. Victor was very kind, the soul of a hostel! It is very close to the metro station and not far from Termini, the main train station. I recommend this hostel!

Free WIFI, 3 PC desk, Colosseo 12 minutes, Good breakfast and very-very nice and helpfull Viktor's staff! Recomended!!!!!

The location was good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also enough. The only problem is that there weren't any plugs in my dormitary room.

Great, conveniently located, quiet hostel. Bathrooms were clean, shower was nice, bed was comfy. Only down side was no lockers and the occasional brief electricity black out.

We really enjoyed out stay there. The room was very clean, people are very friendly (both the staff and the people who stayed there). It was a little hard to find (no big sign) but once inside, it's quite decent. It is well worth the money that we paid.
