B&B Carlo Felice is a nice apartment recently renovated in a beautiful building early '900 and is located in the San Giovanni district inside the historic Mura Aureliane, just in front of Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, 300 m from Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano and very near at Colosseo and at Termini Station (both about 1,2 km).

B&B Carlo Felice has a large entrance hall, kitchen and four rooms (three with private ensuite bath and one with private bath just outside the room).
Each room has a double bed, wi-fi connection 24h, heating, air conditioning, LCD TV with digital channels, safe box and private bath with shower, hairdryer, bath towels and kit for shower.
Daily cleaning of the room, bath towels replaced every 2-3 days (depending on length of stay) included.

A short walk from the B & B you can find three restaurants with typical Roman cuisine, two bars, a Chinese restaurant, a bakery and a supermarket (Conad), in addition to a newspaper stand, a tobacco shop and a pharmacy.
Also, for those in search of fun also, the property is close to the famous and youth San Lorenzo district where there are many pubs and nightclubs.
The nearby Via Appia Nuova and via Tuscolana offer a wide range of shops where you can go shopping.
