Description

William's Flat Bed & Breakfast is an ideal place to spend a happy holiday in Rome. We are just a five minutes walk from Station Termini, the central bus depot and the Metropolitan(subway). A quick 15 minutes train ride takes you to the sea(Ostia-centro).

William's Flat offers rooms for 3-4 persons or small groups. Double and triple room (shared bathroom) or private bathroom available on request, towels 1 euro.

William's Flat hosts people from all over the world who want to discover a new culture and learn more about Roman history. It's an easy 10 minute walk to the Roman Forum, the Campidoglio Hill, and the Colosseum. Bus lines close to the B&B link to other areas of Rome: Trastevere, San Giovanni in Laterano, Parco Musica (Piano's famous 'beetle' concert venue) and Villa Borghese. A simple metro connection at Termini takes you to the Spanish Steps and Vatican City State. Finally, it is a very comfortable location for travelers who want to discover the secrets found in the historical center of the Eternal City.

Our staff are at your complete disposal to help you navigate your way through Rome and attend to any needs you might have during your stay.

NOTE:
We only accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights during Christmas and New Year's Eve (Dec 30-Jan 2).

Cancellation policy:
You must give 72 hours notice of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in an all-nights charge on your card. We DO NOT accept phone cancellations.
