'The Serissa House' is located in the heart of the historic center of Trapani on the second floor of an old building on the main street of Trapani's 800 metre along city port.
All the rooms are furnished with style, taste and attention to detail. The comfortable rooms are equipped with all your needs, with spacious balconies which allow you to look out and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the heady scent of the sea.
The strategic location also allows you to see the precious nature of the historic center, just a few steps away you can marvel the magnificent bulidings, picturesque views and the unforgettable landscapes that add to the warmth of the people, to Sicilian food and much more, we will welcome you and make you experience the region in the best way possible.

With a fantastic location you can reach the most important places of historical and cultural interest, and not only this, also the boarding point to Egadi Islands, the bus stop to the major cities in Sicily, shuttles to / from airport Trapani and Palermo, and the train station.
The Serissa house is the ideal place to spend the holidays. The Mediterranean city, the smells, the sounds, the colors of the sea and the historic culture of the center are all just a few steps away from our comfortable house.
The Serissa on the second floor (no elevator) offers spacious rooms with views of the sea, the islands Egadi, and the port of Trapani, which are characterized by interior design with attention to detail and furnished with refined style.
The Serissa House is an apartment for 4 people (it has 2 double room with spacious balconies with a wonderful view on the port) but it also has another double room (allow to allocate up to a maximum of 6 people), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a tv, air conditioning and free wi-fi.
The prices are for the apartment for 4 people: from a minimum of 60€ to a maximum of 150€ per night, the price depends on the period of the year, on the length of the stay and also on the number of people.

Cot: 10€/per night
Extra cleaning: 30€
Towels and bed linen change: 10€/per person
Burden cleaning stove (if left uncleaned) : 20, 00 €
Payment:
At the arrival, we ask to our guests also a caution money of 100€ (to protect us of possible damages) that we will give you back before the check out.
We ask to our guests to settle the bill cash at their arrival.
