Location is very good. Near to railway station and Ferrovia vaporetto stop. Just five minutes walk. Around a lot of cafés and restaurants.

the instruction for the hotel location with clear description, u must found it easily.
but the receiption located in other building, why not mentioned at the glass door of main entrance ? why not mentioned in email too ???

The hostel is located in the heart of Venice. The rooms are clean and agreeable.
A shared kitchen for the hostel would have been nice. But I can recommend the hostel anyway.

Cramped room and so so accommodation in general, but AWESOME location for Ryanair and train users. Considering how difficult Venice can be to navigate, the hostel was only a street away from both the Ryanair buses that take you to the airport and the train station.

Private room was very clean and was cleaned and tidied every day. Stuff was helpful when we needed any info. Free wi-fi was OK. Location is very close to main train and bus stops so we didn't have to carry our luggage for very long which I think was great. All the main sights can be reached on foot or with vaporetto which stops in front of the train station. Very good value for money :)

The hotel staff was very nice, but the hotel was very noisy. The central staircase had people clunking their luggage up and down it very early in the morning, waking us up and the church bells also rang early in the morning. Bring ear plugs! All in all, nice accommodations.

the place is correct and location was even better than i expected, the only thing we didn't like was that they refusde to turn on the air cond. because it only works "when it's hot outside".

Very good position - about 5 minutes walk from train-station. The AC was also working very good. The rooms a bit small and so also the bathrooms. But according to price - its a good choice. We hade bathroom in our room.

Beautiful room - nicer than some hotels I've stayed at, much less hostels. New towels each day, soap and shampoo, plus free internet. Easy to find and very close to the train and vaporetto stations.

Kind and helpfull staff, very good position near to train station and Canale grande. For this cheap price a good hostel! Luggage store at day of departure was possible for the whole day!

Small but perfectly formed! Super clean, comfortable, quiet. Genuine 5min from train station means a bit of a hike to St Matco etc, but get yourself a Vaporetta pass & a guide book & go for it(including all the outer islands in the lagoon)

Very close to the train station. Even though our room has no bathroom inside, but the hotel provides us our own private bathroom outside. That's great.

it is mainly a hostal, or a share hotel, for ex. one of the disadvantages is that has no kitchen for the customers and internet is prepaid. Apart from that it is clean, very well ubicated and no very expensive.

We liked this place, the stuff was helpful. But the beds are old and squeaking, the walls are thin. So one can listen to one's neigboors making love every night :) Well, that's still romantic;)

No problems with cleanliness. Doesn't really have staff to speak of, as check-in during the day is with an adjacent hotel. Location is great, right on Venice itself. Would recommend.

We were given a room in a separate building with 3 separate beds as prevously requested. The room and the bathroom were recently renewed, the bathroom was clean and all the matraces seemed new. The linen is changed every day. Everything was in perfect condition. It looks the same as on the pictures, but feels way better. No TV, no air conditioning, no breakfast and no smoking in this building. We had keys from the front door and from the room for that building so no curfew.Overall experience was great for the money

For me, The Alloggi Gerotto hostel was very nice place to stay in Venice. I would not have changed it to the normal hotel, as I was pretty satisfied with the atmosfere, staff and room. So I don't see important reasons to pay much more money for a hotel (of course if you are not going to sit inside the hotel during all time in Venice).

Close to train station! Very clean, private, quiet. They change towels and sheets daily & provide breakfast. Doors lock at 1:30 am. Alcohol prohibited. Friendly service. Laid back.

It´s a nice and clean place with a good price in Venice... but it´s not a real hostel. There isn´t a common room, kitchen or any atmosphere for you meet people.

This hostel is located in a very good position 5 minutes walk from the station, and the price is resonable. The staffs are very kind. Double room seems to be small but still clean and good. Nice room service. I recommend it.

Excellent place. Stayed in a double room with a private bathroom outside. No problems at all. Had a view on a beautiful piazza. Strongly recommended.
