I miss the opportunity to buy tickets for local transport, which I think is not so difficult to provide as many newsagents have them as well. I missed something inovating as in other camps.

I have experienced many camps and I think that Camping Fusina can offer more and it is just about some development.

If I were able to score 0s for the Fusina I would. The Camping Fusina is and will always be the epitome of shit. That is all.

Unconvenience in reaching by public transportation. The bus schedule started too late in the morning and ended to early in the evening. I had to go there by taxi from Mestre Station. Too expensive for coming this campus by taxi. :(

+ easy to go to Venice by ferry (28€ 3day pass, first at 8 - 22:30 in summer)

+ good with car (5€/d parking)

0 noise ok, but walls to neighbors in cottage super thin

- we often had to sneeze in cottage

Hard to get to it in the evening, but the spot is beautiful and the ferry landing on the shore of Venice is your main mean of transport there, which makes the camping a really convenient place to stay - away from the crowds but still with fast access to the city's attractions. Facilities, bar/pizzeria & staff - all excellent.

The conection with Venice are good although the last bus and boat are at 8PM. Too early. The hostal is really clean and very cheap, the staff is helpful and polite but the internet conection is really horrible

We had a very pleasent stay at camping fusina. It is a neat and clean camping site on the shores of mestre. The rooms were small but quite accommodative. A good thing in the rooms was that there were three power points in the room so we did not have a problem in charging our tablets and mobiles. One thing the site administrators need to look into is the cost of internet, it was four euros perday which was too expensive keeping in view the costs at other places or campsites we stayed in. Mostly it is free or at the most one euro per day. If i come to venice again i would definitely stay here again with my family

It's really great for its price .Accomodation is simple but clean.Friendly & professional staff.Excellent position, you just take bus 16 from Mestre railsation till the end .You can buy ticket for boat to Venice & Lido Islands with only 25 Euro for 3 days , with the boats immediately in front of the camp.

They've got everything, what would you need in camping. Atmosphere there is just amaizing, but last bus from near to Venice Mestre is going like 8PM after that you have only taxi what cost app. 33 EUR. There is good connection by vaporetto with Venice Island.

It is so expensive to stay on the island of Venice. This is the perfect alternative. Fusina is close to the airport and train station and there is a boat that leaves every hour to Venice and to the Lido, Only takes about 20 minutes.. The restaurant on sight is great and the bungalows are basic, but perfect... The toilets and showers are so clean, they would give a four star hotel a run for their money.. Everyone is so healpful and friendly

It was very cheap, we made use of the cabines. But to visit Venice it was'nt that interesting because there were not much busses to go to station Mestre.

Nice place, but the market is super expensive, much more expensive than the ones we found in Venice island! And the closest market on land is about 6 km away.. Nothing else to complain about :)

Really great place! Really easy to get to Venice city center, on a lovely boat ride! They have a restaurant that serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, which is very practical! They also have a small Super market which is very convenient! Staff are very friendly and very helpful!

good place, but better for young people - liked everything except the cabin arrangement - the cabin was divided in two, and the movement of the other people in the other half of the cabin was very much felt!

The campsite was really nice and easy to reach by bus (Nr. 2 and 11) even though of course it is limiting to be bound to a bus schedule. we were in a bungalow and you can hear ever single noise there is around and feel every movement but you can't beat the price! all in all it was a good experience! would definitely go back there.

I don't know why but I seem to expect more from the campsite. I've never been to a campsite before but I really think it was ok.

The toilets and showers were really well cleaned.

I don't think you can call yourself 'the beergarden' and only serve a few light beers including Heineken (which is in my opinion not really beer). There should be more choice if you want to promote it.

This place is great if you want to be a bit out of Venice, and enjoy taking a ferry ride or bus over to the city center! The restaurant on site is great, as is the waitress! Buses can be tricky, and be aware that it might take a while to get back to the campsite at night. The distance is the only downside.

Camping Fusina is the ideal solution for anybody, specially families with children, planning both to visit Venice and to bike along the brenta channel or to engage in outdoor activities. Reasonable price, excellent food, every needed facilities.

We(me and my husband, age 29) were here at the beginning of April. The campsite is not as far from the city as we thought, and good connection with the BUS)11). The shuttle service they provide with the vaporetto is quicker but much too expensive. The wifi could be free. And more massive bads, as it crashed first night. But all together excellent price-quality report.would return

The only real downside to this place was it's location. It wasn't on the island of Venice, but there were several cool/relatively convenient methods of transportation for getting there. I would totally stay there again. So worth the cost.

We really enjoyed staying at Camping Fusina. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the place was surprisingly clean and well organized.

The rooms where clean and well heated, the water in the shower was hot.

It's a good place to stay even during winter time (we stayed there during the Carnival).

The position is not so great, it's 30 minutes far from the city (by bus), but as I understood you can take the ferry (but it's a more expensive solution). If you decide to take the bus, instead of the ferry, be sure to check the schedule (the bus nr. 11 has slightly different schedule in weekdays than in weekend and you have to wait an hour until the next departure). Beside this, the bus connections are great.

I would definitely stay at Fusina Camping in the future if I would got a change.

We've stayed only two nights in a cabin. The campsite looks nice, but there aren't many clients in octobre... Fortunately the cabin disposed of a heating, the nights were cold.

For this price, it is really worth. Just the boat to Venice travels every one hour. So be careful that you do not miss the boat, which I did every morning...

I came from Germany to visit Venice.

It was a nice experience staying in the Camp. I did not find anything causing any discomfort there except the internet use which was very expensive. The location is little far from city center but it was good experience staying in the camp.

when i booked it by online i have had a little bit suspicion about its price. Why is this camping so cheap??? But i was not surprised of seeing the facilities.... Everything was right which has been alredy written about this place. Room was clean and comfortable. I am quite satisfied with this camping ...

We really enjoyed our time in Camping Fusina. Ferries to Venice are quite expensive, but 3-day ticket reduced the cost a little bit. Staff is very kind, pizzas tasty ;), rooms in bungalows are small and airless, but for a short time sufficient.

Nice place, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and the food cheap but very good. You need a lot of mosquito repellent though. Directions don't tell you, but you need to purchase your bus ticket at the newspaper stand at the station. Overall very good.

The camping is really nice, but a little bit noisy at night.. I can recommend it mainly for young people.

The boat traffic among the camping and Venice is very good.

THe camping appears lost but its place is very nice. The boats can bring you to the beach or to Venise easily. Frequences are well. There is big party each night which was not a problem for me cos i had my ear plugs.

Camping Fusina, it's a great place to stay in, if you don't have a wide budget, it's pretty easy to get to it, from the railway station, and you can get to Venice isaland in just 20 mins by ferri, If you're hesitating in staying or not at this camping, i say go for it.
