PAYMENTS:
The property is enabled for electronic payment.
The property does not accept bank transfers to confirm reservations
The property only accepts cash payments.
For stays of just one night, a supplement of 15 euros is required.

Additional costs are not automatically calculated in the total amount and must be paid separately at the hotel.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:

ROOM CLEANING:
The rooms are cleaned and sanitized at each change of customer.
The rooms are not cleaned daily
The linen is usually changed every three days.
If the guest wants the linen changed before the three days, he/she will have to pay 15 Euros.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available to our guests from 3:00 pm. The check-in time is from 3:00 pm (with the possibility of doing it earlier if the room is already ready self check-in).
On the day of departure, they must be vacated by 10:00 am.
If the room is not vacated by 10:00 am, the amount of an entire day will have to be paid without having the right to stay overnight.
If you arrive before 3:00 pm, it will still be possible to leave your luggage.

Check-out: by 10:00
Please inform us if the arrival is expected after 19:00
If the guest does not arrive and does not communicate the cancellation by fax, e-mail or telephone, the cost of the first night will automatically be charged.
In case of late arrival we charge the full price of the reservation.
In case of early departure we charge the full price of the reservation.
If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the hotel, he will have to pay the total cost of the reservation.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Guesthouse.
It is not possible to smoke inside the room, not even outside the window or with the window open.
The guest who wants to smoke must leave the property.
KEY RETURN:
The keys must be returned on the day of departure, otherwise there will be a penalty to pay quantified in € 50.00 which will be charged to the credit card.
