San Geremia Rooms

Only one advantage is late reservation option until 01:00. It is quite expensive when we consider the room. You hear the noise from other rooms. Staff is not friendly only take care the money. E.g. he did not give one more map although we were two person and payed money for double bed room. He said map costs 0.5 euro extra!..

I have only 2 grouses. First, the hot shower came in spurts and was annoying as I had to constantly step out every few seconds for fear of being scalded. Second, the free wifi internet was ineffective as I struggled to get a connection almost all the time.

It was very good.

Really amazing location, the staff were very helpful allowing you to leave your luggage free if charge in a room in the hotel. Although at your own risk. No lockers.

The room itself was very small. You could barely walk around the bed but it was clean, nice enough. To have a peaceful night sleep I'd advise earplugs. Due to the age range of people staying here there was quite a bit of noise throughout the night.

Cheap-ish and cheerful enough although found the curfew a bit annoying.

This hostel situated near the train station and staff is friendly, otherwise there is no need to stay here.

i slept in bunk bed, which is horrible i'v ever stayed. other bed looked better than bunk,

Close to the train station and right in a lively square with lots of restaurants etc. No lift so you may have to climb 4-5 floors. Can be quite noisy at night unless you close the windows which we couldnt due to broken AC. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast not included but half price deal at bar downstairs - great :)

Hostel have a good staf & good location. We stayed at standart double room & payed 60€ for 2 person for every night, but our number was defenently small. We don't found glasses & slippers in the room, but really clean bed linen. Very old building with many cracks in the walls. The hostel havn't kitchen room it is bad;(. For the second time we stayed at Aloogi hostel( i think boah hostel have one owner) & really like it, biger room & more modern designe.

I really liked staying here. The location was perfect, near train station, and the view outside the window was nice. Room was very small, just the bed to fit in, but we didn't mind since it was just for sleeping.

Very nice (but small) rooms with a shower and seperate toilet in it - all what you need for a short trip to Venezia!

Staff speaks English and are very uncomplicated.

This was a great place to stay, very convenient location, close to the train station and neat shops. The staff was friendly, the room was decent. It'd be nice if they had lockers for stowing belongings though, it made me a bit edgy leaving all my stuff out in a room of people I don't know. Other than that, no complaints!

Very clean! Private Bathroom right next to the private room, linnen and towels were changed every day, AC :) , no real common room but extremely helpful staff, free wifi in the rooms, nicely decorated rooms, not too big but sufficient, location: easy to find, right next to the train station, pleasant walk (half an hour?) to San Marco and everywhere else

Very clean, friendly and caring staff, located on one of the main venues of Venice (you had to fight through crowds of tourists every morning..) interior is beautifully decorated, pleasant stay altogether!

Yes, it was a good stay. I can recommend for all backpackers. Its true that its close to st. Lucia, but its far from from Venice attractions.

Very nice clean rooms. Don't expect a bright red room as advertised on their website, but a clean yet compact room is a very good option for this price. Free wifi, clean (private) bathroom, and very friendly staff.

Very clean and helpful staff. Good area of town as it's quite close to the train station and bus station. The only annoying part was the air conditioning locked and stopped working - luckily it wasn't too hot!

Clean and really good place

Position is super - 3 minute from train station. It is very important; you can let your luggage into the hostel and just go to tour in the Venice.

If you look for something near the train station, cheap, and you dont matter to share with boys and girls, this is your place in Venice...

The room is nice, comfortable but not have tv, not far from train station, convenience to walk around in Venice.

This was a great place to spend a few nights in Venice. Great atmosphere, cosy bed and very clean.

The lady who worked the front desk when we checked in on friday was very nice! She moved people around so all 5 of us could be in the same! Very friendly! Thanks for a great weekend in Venice!

It's a really quiet place to rest after a hard day of visiting Venice. Really clean and 10 minutes walk to the bus station.

Nice place near square and nice shops, clean rooms, far from San Marco (= centre, but very touristy!) but we didn't care ;) No common room, but nice small terrace in front of reception overlooking the square. Much better hostel than others we stayed in in Venice, so recommendable!

San Geremia Rooms is a nice hostel) not much related to fun ( as they don't have a common room), but concerning its perfect location it is not needed :) it allows you to enjoy Venice and not to mis your train ( as it is cloth to the train station). The room was equiped with air conditioning and private bathrooms + we had towel, shampoo and soap)

the door in the bathroon doesn't close, but it is ok, if you negotiate with neighbours. Internet is not for free, so u need to pay 1 euro per 15 minutes..

but general opinion is very good) it is god place to cool down during the hot day and continue the advebture later)

Not enough power-points. No Wifi. Toilet no lock.

Though we booked with San Geremia, our room was actually next door at Alloggi Gerotto Calderan. The bathroom was in the room. All was clean, comfy beds, very nice overall. Good location.
