The location was changed last minute, so we ended up in a place we didn’t book. The new place was ok (but smelled like mildew) and also in a very good location. The communication was difficult and make it complicated for the agreements.
The internet didn’t work (they insisted that the internet was working).

We had a great time at this location. Luca was a great host and made sure everything would be as comfortable as possible and took the time to label the map of our area for us.
We went for the Venice Film Festival and the location was not ideal to get there and back each day but we knew that going in.
Would love to go back.

Cozy, comfortable and clean apartment in the city center.
Close to the main point of interests of Venice.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
Perfect place for a couple.

Great location. The apartment is perfect for a couple of days in Venice. The apartment is new and it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The host also offer a boat tour for cheap price, we totally enjoyed it!!!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and it was a perfect place to fully enjoy Venice. It is located in the heart of Venice, a few steps away from Rialto bridge and also close to the train and bus stations. We arrived very late in the night and the host was so nice to wait for us, he gave us all the information about Venice and the main points of interest, suggesting us the best place to go eat and he treated us in a very kind way. I'll recommend to my friends to stay here, it's a really nice apartment.
