The B&B “Dream” is a spectacular oasis of pace and quiet at the edge of the cities Venice and Mestre. This comfortable and smart built located in immediate proximity of airport. You’ll always be welcome in our house for a pleasant stay, peace, quiet and relax. It’s an environment were the comfort end warm of the house are join with the prestigious of the hotel, which only modern building can give you.
The rooms of the B&B “Dream” are very sophisticated and spacious, with a furniture of a good taste and quality.
For security and absolute relax of our guests the B&B “Dream” has a modern system of the over day video watching.
Whan you book numbers of beds, it means number of persons and not numbers of single beds. Usually in each room there is 1 double bed. Other beds can be single. If you need to have only single beds, you need to comunicate about this.

You will find a welcoming space, really comfortable and relaxing, where you can even enjoy, work or study in perfect peace.

PLEASE NOTE
B&B Dream has the right to make a pre-authorization on your card to verify if it's valid. If the B&B won't be able to make the pre-authorization of the first night on the credit card the booking will be cancelled and the deposit lost.

OTHERS IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Room air-conditioned is an extra service on request and it costs 10 euros per day (5 euro if requested in the booking). Free in common areas.
- The 'mini bar' is charged on consumption, prices are in the supply room behind the door.
- All services not mentioned in the booking room are considered extra and they are not included in the room price.
- The shuttle service is on request (ask the rates at the reception).
- Check-in made after 23:00 must be always communicated by telephone to the hotel, and will be a surcharge of EUR 10.00 for each hour of delay beginning at 23:00.
- Damage made in the hotel, not reported at check out, will be charged on your credit card, the damage will be estimated by us, a copy of the invoice will be sent to the customer with details by email.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be carried out 48 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a no-show OR a late cancellation the B&B Dream has the right to charge the first night’s accommodation.

Check-in from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Check-out untill 10:30 a.m.

If you leave your room during your stay we will charge all the remaining nights.

Please, specificate the kind of accomodation what you need: double bed or single beds. If we don't recive any confirmation e-mail about this, it will be prepeared 1 double bed (for 2 pers.) for all kinds of rooms.
