Alvanita apartments are located in a quiet area of Ulcinj, near a small beach and coniferous forests, in the Pinješ settlement. There are 5 rooms. All rooms are furnished in a very high level and have great sea views. The rooms are equipped with TV, air-conditioning, kitchen, bathroom and terrace

The well-know 12 km long sandy Velika Plaža Beach is 3 km from the Apartments Alvanita. In the centre of Ulcinj guests can arrange boat excursions around the region.

The Main Bus Station is 2 km from the property. The historic town of Bari with a Ferry Port is 25 km away. Tivat Airport is at a distance of 70 km.
