Terms and conditions
The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Diners, Debit Cards.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Taxes not included: The Lisbon city tax of 1€ per person per night for the 7 first nights..
Other charges: We ask for a deposit of 10€ for the key..
This property charges all nights if canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no show this property charges all nights on customer's credit card.
The Aykibom Hostel team thanks you for your preference and kindly asks you to take note of the rules and conditions of our establishment which ensure a pleasant, happy and respectful stay for all our guests.
·· The guest will be charged for any damage caused by an inadequate behavior
·· The hostel is not responsible for the lost of any object
·· The hostel reserves itself the right to send away any guest that does not follow the rules of this present document without any refund.
·· A valid identification document is needed for check-in (photo + name)
·· Free luggage storage is possible for arrivals before 15:00
·· Arrivals after 00:00 will be charged 3€ if not announced in advance
·· The total amount of your reservation must be paid during check-in
·· Check-out needs to be done before 12:00 and the bed must be free at this time
·· Check-out after 12:00 is charged as a supplementary night
·· Luggage storage after check-out is accepted until 14:30 and then charged 2€ per luggage per day

·· In case of a late check-in without informing the hostel, a bed will try to be found for the guest but without guarantee to be in the same room as the initial reservation and with possible extra charges
It is strictly forbidden to...
·· Use the establishment’s infrastructure before check-in or after check-out
·· Smoke anywhere in the hostel
·· Use or keep drug into the establishment
·· Make noise after 22:00 and until 07:00 (following the silence law in Portugal)
·· Eat in the rooms
·· Cook after 22:00
·· Take showers after 22:00
·· Enter a room that is not yours without the staff’s authorization
·· Take some extra breakfast food with you to eat later during the day
·· Invite people that aren’t guests of the hostel into the establishment without permission
·· Behave in any manner that can disturb the good functioning of the hostel
Rules of good-living in the rooms and bath rooms
·· Keep your luggage under your bed
·· Keep your stuff organized
·· Always turn of the lights to save energy
·· When you come in or out of your room, always close the door
·· Do not slam the doors
·· Turn off the light of your room after 22:00
·· Do not take showers longer then 15 minutes in order to minimize the creation of waiting lines in front of the bath rooms
·· Always let the bathrooms in the state you would like to find them when you enter
·· Respect the other guests and the hostel’s staff
Rules of good-living in the kitchen
·· If you cook, wash the cooking space and the utensils you used
·· If you eat, wash all the utensils you used
·· Do not use the cooking space more than 20 minutes in order for everybody to be able to cook
·· Do not let your food anywhere in the kitchen, store it either in the fridge or in the cabinets of the kitchen
·· Always put your name on your food (food with no name will be thrown away during cleaning time)
·· Before checking-out, make sure you did not let any food of yours in the kitchen
