Suave Lisboa Hostel

We was charged 24h before arrival of entire value, what seems to be ilegal!

Room never was cleaned during stay. They had a leak in the ceiling from second floor and all place smelled damp and mold. The receptionist Sunday morning wasn't able to explain any of the problem addressed and said that "it is a hostel" when we paid what doesn't seem to be adequate to the conditions...

Very good relation quality-price. Staff is helpful and smiley. Location is great!
