It's not bad exactly, it's just completely uninspiring in a jail cell kinda way, plus there is some insane noise coming from construction upstairs that is sure to drive you mad at about 7am. Ouch.

The location and atmosphere: 10 out of 10!

The Hostel is very quiet, has a grate position and the staff was very warmhearted. It is clean but it has a slight air of... maybe "tacky" it could be the right word for it.

It really depends on what you are looking for!if you don't mind the place, the cleaness and the furniture and you are more for location and fun and money saving, then it is the place for you!if you care about cleaness and a decent room, then maybe you should look for something else!

I checked in between 1am and 2am, which was no problem, as the reception is open 24h. I stayed one night, so I cannot say too much about the hostel, but it looked quite good. The staff was friendly. As far as I saw there were no lockers.

I'm looking forward to the next time :)

Very good common spaces but very poor rooms and bathrooms

This hostel is in the perfect location, right next to Passeig de Gracia and the Sagrada Familia. Dario is awesome and so willing to help you find things to do in the city if you need suggestions. Highly recommended to have a good experience in Barcelona!
