AWA IBIZA DOWN BY PACHA is a fantastic modern 3 bedroom apartment with a communal pool right in the heart of Ibiza. AWA IBIZA DOWN BY PACHA is located at Botofoc Marina just 1 min walk to Pacha and 5 min walk to the local ferry which will take you into Ibiza Town for just a few euros. The famous Talamanca beach is just a 10 min walk away.

Accommodation
This first floor apartment offers great accommodation for those who do not wish to hire a car as it is near to everything. The front door leads into an entrance lobby and into the spacious lounge / dining room, which is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and dining table and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV/DVD and stereo, air conditioning and WIFI. Along the hallway there is a large modern shower room and three bedrooms, a twin, a double and a master double with en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also benefits from air conditioning and there are fans for the other bedrooms.

Outside is the beautiful community swimming pool, which is set in beautiful grounds with plenty of areas for sunbathing.

This apartment is a prefect base to enjoy your holiday in Ibiza with all the amenities on your doorstep.
