Madrid Motion Hostel

They wanted to charge us more for the room than the price in the confirmation email we got. We had to wait for an hour at the reception, until they eventually called a Manager to solve this problem.

The stuff of the morning is really not working so good. She kept typing her phones and treated me very unfriendly. Other stuffs are not so bad as she did. But I got no heat at the first night, really cold. I don't like this hostel.

In this hostel there are very nice people,each of them very helpful,satisfying breakfast,rather well clean,but very bad internet connection,it works sometimes just in the lobby.The only thing I really didn't like was that one day when I came back @ night I didn't find my stuff in my room,something was in a big black bag near the bar & other stuff in the deposit,there was a person in my bed as well,just because someone forgot to add my name in the room for that night,so that the maids put away all of my things!In general my feedback is positive,everyone can wrong something,but fix the internet connection please,that is very important for the customers!Cheers

The air conditioning was pretty poor, the staff were young and so pretty cool to be honest, there are better hostels in the area! They didnt sell water due that the only machine that vends water was broken :/ I met some nice people there so it ended up ok but i quickly went to a different hostel regardless

Great place to stay and great location. Only thing is the noise but can't avoid that.

The hostel is located next to the main street of Madrid, where you can find everything you need. Also the atmosphere is perfect to speak with your room partners. Where is the problem? The are many bedbugs... I found them in my first bedroom, and after changing of room, I saw more bedbugs in the second one... It is disgusting as you can imagine. They should take care about that problem.

Very well located. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are not crowded but quite small. WiFi is buggy, slow and works mainly at the reception. AC units are noisy.

Usually, when I arrive to hostel, I had warm welcome and atmosphere in which I can believe that I will spend good time. I did not felt here that way. I was a little disappointed when staff reject to receive banknote 100 euro. I can understand risks from falsification, but this is too much.

The toilet is quite big. But, unfortunately, when we stayed for just one night, the air conditioner was leaking.

The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is very attentive and kind. The location is perfect to go around walking. The breakfast that are included is so delicious. Just loved =)

Staff were very nice and helpfull. The room (3 Beds) was clean. What i like the most, is the breakfast buffet. This hostel is for me the best in Madrid so far.

I loved this hostel and if i go back to Madrid I will definitely stay there again. The location is as central as it can be, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast is great. Plus, every room has a working bathroom. A big thumbs up!
