About us
The apartment was totally refurbished in 2016 when I started with the tourist activity. The apartment is in quiet environment though it's in the heart of the neighbourhoohd of Triana.
The owner, Conchi, will wellcome you when you stay in the apartment

Accommodation
The apartment has two rooms, one with queen bed and the other one has three individuals beds. In the living room there is a double sofa bed so seven people can sleep in it.
The apartment has air conditioned, towels and sheets and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Each reservarion is for the full apartment, it will not be shared with anyone else

Services and activities
There are no common areas since the entire apartment is reserved. Only basic standars of behaviour are required because it's an apatment located in a building of apartments.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in a quiet environment and just two minutes from the main Triana street: San Jacinto, which ends in the Triana bridge to go to the historical city centre.
Triana is a plenty of life neighbourhood such as during the day with its shops, bars, markets, churchs to visit and streets to stray. As nights with some tapa bars, or drink a cocktail at Betis street where you can see the spectacular sight of Seville from this bank of the river.


Why should you stay with us
If you're looking for a location near center in an environment perhaps a little less touristy but more authentic this is your place. Triana is a famous neighbourhood in Spain for its ambient, with many bars, restaurants, shops and the apartment though is close to all this however it's quite and silence for rest
