Our offer is aimed mainly service sector companies or any other business, organization and individuals that need a logistics base exclusively to settle for an extended period of time. The home is open all year.

We offer a complex having a first part (opened in 2001) with 14 rooms on two floors with two services for community use by plant.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

If you have booked in high season (Fallas, Tomatina, Moto GP Cheste, or other important events), the total amount of the reservation will be charged after receiving the booking and is non-refundable.

1. In the case of cancellation of booking by the customer, the company is entitled to request payment of management fees that are duly justified. Except demonstrable major force customer, the company will also be entitled to compensation consisting of:
a) 10% if the cancellation is made with an advance of more than 30 days prior to arrival.

b) 50% when performed with an advance of 7-30 days before arrival.

c) 100% if the cancellation is made 7 or less days in advance.

No -Show: the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Non-refundable.

Reception

we are in the reception until 22,30 but if the client is going to checking in later we can expected him until midnight hour by request on the client so the clients has to comunicate it previosly to us in the reservation.

This property charges the full amount of BALANCE if canceled less than 2 days before the arrival date.

Note: 8 and 9th of November, 2 nights minimum stay and the hostel doesn't serve the breakfast during these dates.
