The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Aura, Diners, Debit Cards.

The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellations must be made at least seven days (one week) prior to check in. You will receive a full refund (less transaction charges). If you arrive later than planned because of travel problems or you plan to leave earlier than your agreed checkout (for reasons unrelated to the bed & breakfast) unfortunately we will still need to charge you for the night(s) you did not occupy as we have blocked the accomodation for your use. We hope you will understand the needs of a small business with very limited room numbers. Of course we will do our best to re-let your room and we will gladly reimburse you (less charges) if we manage to do so. Please be courteous enough to inform us immediately of a cancellation or change in plans. Thank you so much!

In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card.
