We are Aspen's "boutique" economy lodge, offering the widest array of accommodations in Aspen, including its last hostel floor. We are located in the quiet West End of town, 400 meters to the business section and 100-200 meters to the nearest bus stops that serve all local ski areas as well as Aspen itself. Our hostel rooms typically have three beds, offering greater privacy, and have a small refrigerator and a telephone with free local calls and voice-mail. Daily maid service with linens and towels is included. A free continental breakfast, available to all guests, is served in summer and winter. All guests are welcome to use our heated pool with whirlpool jets, steam room, barbecue area, laundry facilities, high-speed internet access, and off-street parking. The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: JCB, Aura, Debit Cards.
The full amount will be charged before the arrival otherwise the booking won't be guaranteed and the deposit will be lost. The charged amount is refundable.

DEPOSIT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total stay after the reservation and the remaining amount is due 21 days before arrival.
CLX: The guest shall be refund the 30% deposit if they cancel 21 days or more before arrival. Cxl 20 days or less to arrival forfeit 100%. of stay.
SUMMER SEASONS: MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO MID OCTOBER.
DEPOSIT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
CLX: The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 5 days or less before arrival.
A No-Show will be charged for the total amount of stay.
LOW SEASONS: MID-APRIL TO LAST THURSDAY IN MAY & NOVEMBER TO THANKSGIVING.
DEPOSIT: The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
CXL: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
The guest will forfeit the deposit if they cancel in the 3 days or less to arrival.
A No-Show will be charged for the total amount of stay.
In the event of a no show this property charges all nights on customer's credit card.
