Very good if you don't expect a hostel-style hostel. You will not meet many people here, the atmosphere is cold. But the price is good, the rooms are clean and the location is nice.

Spartan hostel with nothing but a bed in the room...but in a very good location and with free breakfast.
Clean, safe and quite cheap for a single room.
My number one choice when I go to NYC.

The location is very appealing and subway stations are less than 5 mins walking away. The rooms are clean, however we encountered some bugs in our room that we had to kill. Toilet and shower were clean, although the shower was spraying to all sides except of your body. Breakfast consists of one bagel, a fruit and some cereal. All in all our stay there was OK.
