The property accepts the following credit card brands for balance payments: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Aura, Diners, Debit Cards.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Other charges: •There is a $200 security deposit that will be authorized on your card. Keep in mind that we will not charge you an extra $200. It will just be a hold that will be released on your departure date if there are no damages in the suite. •For deposits, if your credit card declines you have 24 hours to provide the Missing Lantern with a valid credit card or your reservation will be cancelled. If we received another booking during that 24 hours period, for the same suite and same dates your reservation will be cancelled..

If Cancelled or modified the reservation $50 will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. If Cancelled or modified up to 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled less than 14 days or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged. 50% of the total reservation will be charged on the day of booking. The remaining balance will be collected on your arrival date.

•No additional guest are allowed to stay overnight unless the office is notified and permits it
•Parties, loud noise or any activities that may disturb other guest is strictly forbidden
•Destruction, theft, or damages to the property is at your expense. We reserve the right to exam our property for damages. There is a $200 fine for any damages.
•Do Not leave lights, television or air conditioner on when leaving the room
•Please make sure all doors are closed when existing
•Please report any electrical problems immediately to the office
•You MUST contact the office to confirm your reservation and get your access code.

•No 24 hrs front desk.
Parking is available at a nearby parking lot at additional cost. Must contact the Guesthouse for additional information.
All reservations MUST include a valid credit card with the same name as the name of the person who reserve the suite. If not the reservation will not be accepted.
