The clue is in the name… here at Carpe Noctem they really do seize the night! Anything goes as boat parties, free bar crawls, drink discounts, Alcoholympics, party buses, limo tours and even (girls look away) strip bar visits are all possible in the crazy party city of Budapest. 8 - The Circus Hostel, Berlin
