The room was small and dirty with bedbugs.

Habe 1 Woche im Einzelzimmer genossen (38 €). Für Vendig ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal. Längere Öffnungszeiten sind unnötig, da sich das Nachleben sowieso auf dem Lido abspielt.

This place has character! The staff are also very nice, and everything is cleaned thoroughly, but it doesn't help if the guests then leave piles of hair in the shower or pee all over the toilet!

The rooms really, REALLY need fans. We had to sleep with the door to the corridor open to create a draft. The mugginess was a nightmare.

ideal for its location, very friendly staff and really cheap for Venice.

It is yet difficult to keep the place clean all day... and also to stand the heat in high summer without even a fan in the rooms.

Everything was excellent; great value, especially for a single room. Close to train station, helpful employees at front desk, clean bathrooms. No A/C, so a bit hot at night.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, donde puedes llegar a descansar después de un largo día, el personal es muy amable y atento. Ojo el lugar tiene toque de queda por si pensabas salir de fiesta en la noche

Altogether I was very satisfied with Domus Civica and would most probably come back next time because it is so far the best price/services I found in Venice. Next time I'll bring yet a product against mosquitos...

Overall good experience. Room were ok, but weren't in the level of the price. Very friendly staff.

Very close from the train station and vaporette. Nice and clean. Symphatic and helpful staff. Good also for those who return to their rooms long after midnight.

Il posto peggiore in cui ho dormito: sporca la camera e arredata con mobili vecchissimi. Il letto "fai da te": lenzuola appoggiate sul letto che non era stato rifatto. Nella stanza un lavabo completamente otturato con miscelatore che gocciolava. La doccia esterna al quarto piano non funzionante: solo acqua caldissima tanto da scottare la pelle. Non era presenta acqua fredda. Gente che schiamazza nei corridoi fino a tarda notte e luce fissa nel corridoio fino alle due del mattino che non permette di chiudere occhio. Per aver pagato 40 euro senza colazione mi sembra davvero un furto. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Excellente auberge !! Je recommande chaudement ! Un super accueil, des chambres propres et spacieuses pour une auberge de jeunesse! En plein coeur de Venise, rien à dire.

Sehr gemütliches Hostel in zentraler Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von den wichtigsten Vaporetto Linien entfernt.Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und saubere Zimmer, Duschen, Toiletten.Sogar ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kaum zu toppen in Venedig.

Cheap and simple -> What I was looking for.

het was een prima hostel, het enige grote nadeel was dat je voor half een 's avonds terug moest zijn. Want ondanks dat het personeel zei dat er geen nachtleven was, hebben wij dat toch gevonden, en was het erg jammer dat we zo vroeg weg moesten.

Its a little hard to find it, so if can put some signs along the ally would be better.

Beside, why I was asked to pay for 25+2 euros, but the girl who stayed in the same room with me, only paid for 22+2euros? I asked her, she said she didnt book it online just directly go to ur hotel. But I booked it. So it means if u book it then its more expensive? Way non reasonable!

La zona es bueníssima, la gente muy amable, pero no se hace limpieza cada día, por lo demás creo que de lo mejor para estar en Venecia

駅からだと、階段状の橋を渡ったりするため重いスーツケースだと少し不便。予約後の案内メールでは場所を探しにくい。スタッフは英語のみならず片言の日本語もできる。深夜～７:００までは入り口を締め切られてしまうので出入り不可。キッチンは自由に使えるが、食器類が極端に少ない。特にコップ・カップ類がなく不便だった。（その時の宿泊者が部屋へ持ち込んでいたのかも・・・？）シングルのシャワーなし部屋はごくごくシンプル。

hôtel situé à 5 min à pied de la gare , calme, le personnel est présent disponible et de bon conseil.

chambre à la déco "rustique" mais c'est propre. le prix est bien , et je le recommande pour des étudiants qui voyage et s'arrêtent pour une ou deux nuit comme nous avons fait !

плохо лишь то, что можно входить и выходить только с 7:00 по 00:30. и ни в какую не впустят ночью,если опоздаешь.

мне совершенно не понравилось,что комнату не убирают, убирают лишь в том случае ,если кто-то освободжает. набитое мусорное ведро очистили лишь тогда,когда я их попросила.а пол вооюще не вымоди за целую неделю! некоторые работники просто раздражают! если попросить кондиционер,то дадут)

Very basic accommodation but good location and clean. Staff were mostly very helpful.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y comodo cuando se cuenta con poco presupuesto. La ubicación es excelente, un barrio muy céntrico, está cerca de todo. En verano hace un poco de calor pero con un ventilador que nos dieron en la recepción, fue suficiente. El toque de queda no es problema porque después de las 12 la ciudad en general duerme.

Ottimale per brevissimi periodi,vicina alla Stazione, economica.Stanza bene arredata.Bagni nella norma, docce scarsine (flusso debole). Unici nei: la luce sui piani accesa la notte che, unita al clamore proveniente dalla strada -che non dipende ovviamente da voi-, non concilia il riposo e una sola presa di corrente in stanza.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location and nice rooms.

Not being able to check out before 07:00 is a minus though. We managed to have the guy working that morning let us out at 06:40 because we had a train to catch at 06:55 (Thank you btw!. But if you want to check out earlier then that it sounded like it was close to impossible to arrange..?

Rewelacyjnie polozony hostel w niskiej cenie, skromny ale czysty i klimatyczny. Obsuga jest chetna do pomocy- rowniez telefonicznej. Polecam :)

Clean hostel in a great location. Furniture and equipment very old, no possibility to cook (only microvawe oven, there were no sink in kitchen). One of disadvantages: very early closing hours, wifi - additional payed. Very nice people from reception.

Amazing Location! Staff was soooo friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying in a hostel so we weren't really used to no fans or a/c. Got some bug bites from windows being open and it was a little hard to sleep with the noise of people outside. Also... showers were small and it was hard not to get the floors soaking wet. Other than these things, great first experience in a hostel.

This is a very good place, much more clean than what expect for hostels, maybe because of a few experiences in the past, it is close to the ferrovia, you can enjoy of Venice staying here and transport by bout in which you will reach almost every important place of Venice but also by walking and enjoying to get lost in the streets, which you will because maps sucks, maybe with a gps, or a tom tom as are called in Milan, but maps… no way, is you have time enjoy getting lost, at afternoons when there is almost not scheshuled staff to visit, the only bad thing of the hotel is that they close too early, at 0:30, it they could extend that for a few hours it would be great to enjoy Venice at night, which trip in bout you most do, I just could make ¾ of it didn’t arrived to plaza san marco at night, but I live at Milan, so I will do it in the near future.

velmi spatne popsana cesta jak ubytovani najit. napriklad se odjayuje na hotel, ktery neexistuje. v instrukcich neni uvedena ulice ale cela ctvrt (!) a cislo popisne.

Totally recommended! The staff is very kind and prepared, the place is silent and clean. The linens were great and they provide towels too. Maybe the best hostel i've ever been, the best staff definitely!

Hostel was well located and easy to find. Emanuelle at the front desk made the stay enjoyable. No linen was provided for the bed or towels as stated. My bed sagged in the middle. Hostel was extremely noisy due to a lot of door slamming because of the way the doors were installed. This went on quite late and quite early when people left their rooms for various reasons. The showers were cleaned daily. Was not terribly impressed but I guess it was value for the money.

I enjoyed my stay in Domus Civica, would

consider staying there again if ever in

Venice again.
