About us
The property is open from the May 2014. Having done this job for many years I decided to open the place on my own in order to provide my future guest with better service and full time dedication. The property has huge living room with wide screen TV set. Comfortable sofas that will make our guest’s already pleasant stay even better. Venetian style rooms, oak furniture with venetian tapestry walls along with bathrooms that adorn well-set rooms.

Accommodation
There are 5 rooms in our property. Two triple rooms, one double and two single rooms. There are 3 bathrooms and they are all common and all our clients are free to use the bathroom they like better in order to make they stay even more comfortable. Linen and towels are provided by the property free of charge.

Services and activities
Living room is common area and with it is TV set and comfortable armchairs and sofas clients get to relax in peace. There are two terraces that overlook the city. Italian breakfast is served and if requested we provide our clients with hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. Internet is free of charge in the whole area. We also provide our clients with info about the night life within 50 km from our property along with tourist information regarding the Venice itself or other attractions that might

Surroundings
Our property is within 10 minute walk from the city center. Shops of any kind (supermarket, news stand, bars, barber shops, bank etc.) is within 2 minute walk. Downtown is 10 minutes walk from here or couple of bus stops away.


Why should you stay with us
I would suggest this property to other people since I chose it for myself, therefore the peaceful area near the city center and within 10 minutes bus ride from Venice city center will make their stay comfortable and it terms of rooms more space is given to them since rooms in the city of Venice are rather small and humid.
