NOTE: Special Event Booking - New Years Eve 2011/2012

During the New Year´s Eve period (from Dec. 28th till Jan. 2nd) reservations with a minimum stay of 5 nights will be accepted, only. Cancellations have to be announced in written form (no phone calls!) Cancellations announced more than 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations announced less than 4 weeks are charged with 25% of the total balance due; less than 3 weeks w/ 50%, and cancellations notified, less than 2 weeks are charged w/ the total balance due (100%). - In case of cancellations, the according cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card.

L’addresse de Amstel House est Waldenserstrasse 31 dans Berlin Tiergarten. La station de metro la plus proche est Turmstrasse (U9).

Arrivée en train :
De la gare centrale (Hauptbahnhof-Lehrter Bahnhof) : prenez le bus 245 direction 'Zoologischer Garten' ou le bus TXL direction Aéroport 'Flughafen Tegel' jusqu’à l’arrêt U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse.
De Ostbahnhof: prenez le S-Bahn de la ligne S7 ou S9 direction Wannsee ou Spandau et descendez à la gare Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten. Ensuite prenez le métro (U-Bahn) de la ligne U9, direction Osloer Strasse, et descendez à la deuxième station (U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse).

Arrivée en avion :
Aéroport Tegel (TXL): prenez le Bus „TXL“ et descendez à l'arrêt U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse.
Aéroport Schönefeld (SXF): prenez la navette jusqu'à la gare de la S-Bahn. Une fois là prenez le train S-Bahn de la ligne S9 direction Spandau, et descendez à Zoologischer Garten. Ensuite prenez le métro (U-Bahn) de la ligne U9, direction Osloer Strasse, et descendez à la deuxième station (U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse).
