'Il Falco e il Gabbiano' B&B is located just a couple of minutes far from the beach (by foot) in Corigliano Calabro (province of Cosenza) near Sibari and Rossano. These two small citadels risen up on the slopes of the Sila Greca's plateau, it is characterized by crystal clean waters, green hills and a mild climate all year long. Few km apart, you can find Sila’ and Pollino’ s mountains, both own a national park which is perfect for all the visitors who want to enjoy sea and mountains at the same time. Our B&B is composed by a nice penthouse and another superb penthouse with sea view; the B&B is composed by 7 rooms (all with bathroom in the room). It is possible to host up to 36 persons in our structure; I have also the availability of other two apartments, composed by 4 rooms (max. capacity 16 persons, but it is not possible to supply and match the same standards and comfort of the B&B with seven rooms. The 4 rooms of these flats do not have air conditioning but just a fan or ceiling fan, and just one room has got its private bathroom inside, however the other 3 rooms have got a private bathroom but it's outside the room.

we have a total capacity of 52 persons but only 36 have got all the comfort available.
we offer the availability of furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and fridge included in the price.
It is also included in the offered price: sheets, towels, cleaning service, air conditioning (just in the 7 mentioned rooms of the apartment) and breakfast with typical products of our land (sweet and salty).
