A Casa Simpatia Piazza Vittorio

I like it. I would like to recommend it. When we arrived a host-woman met us in front of the apparnment. She gave us the key,explain everything and left. We lived like a real citizens with a private flat.This variant is good for couples,families, groups of friends. Good location and also a benefit that you have a kitchen in the ftat, so you can cook,not everytime going to the restaurants. Not the most beatiful and safe district, but just 15 minutes walking to Coliseum.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, ezért is választottuk,de voltunk már hasonló árért sokkal színvonalasabban. Utolsó nap borzasztó bérlőtársakat kaptunk a másik szobába(koszosak és éjjel hangosak voltak)

A szállás akkor jó, ha mindkét szobát kibéreljük magunknak.

Świetna miejscówka dla chcących zwiedzać Rzym. Do Centrum starożytnego Rzymu 15 min marszu, przy okazji po drodze kilka atrakcji turystycznych. Blisko stacja metra, które łączy okolicę z Watykanem. Zajmuje to około:

3min do metra,

15min metrem,

10min z metra na Plac św. Piotra.

Dodatkowo jest to mieszkanie więc ma własną kuchnie co pozwala na samodzielne przyrządzajanie sobie posiłków. Niedaleko jest tani market, a dla bardziej leniwych sporo milych i mniejmilych restauracyjek;)

nie należy zrażać się pierwszym szokiem że jesteśmy w chińskiej dzielnicy, wieczorami i tak słychać tylko rozbawionych na ulicach włochów:)

非常舒适的公寓，两间房两张大床，带厨房和厕所，非常适合到罗马游玩的朋友们。而且离Roma Termini火车站仅仅一个地铁站的距离，位于唐人街附近，老板是意大利人非常欢迎中国游客。在古老的有历史感的公寓楼里，安静温馨，价格很亲民，非常值得推荐。

The hostel itself was actually an apartment which was nice because we had a two bed so we each got our own room and we shared a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with the master bedroom. The hostel itself was great but it was a little difficult to get checked in because you have to set up an appointment ahead of time with them because they don't have an attendant. Location wise, it depends what you want. It is a 5 min walk from Termini train station but it is a 15 minutes walk from the Coliseum. The part of town it is in is not what Rome represents so to be able to do pretty much anything you need to walk at least 10 minutes. If you are fine with that then you will enjoy this cozy hostel!

great value for money. 10mins walk away from Coliseum, the staff is perhaps its best asset: the manager took as out at night and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate new year's eve.

The hostel is cheap and the location is good, close to train and walking distance to most sights. It is pretty dirty and does not feel very safe or comfortable. It is reasonably hard to find and i would not stay here again. I did get a sneak view at the room next to ours (maybe the triple) and it was quite good.

Először voltunk a barátnőmmel Rómában, a Casa Simpatia-ban szálltunk meg, egy Rómában élő magyar fiú is dolgozik ott, mindenben segített(jegy,belépő stb.) A Simpatia a központban van, minden nevezetességtől rövid sétányi távolságra, a Colosseum is csak 5perc . Ajánlom ezt a szállást minden magyarnak, ha nem akartok meglepetéseket! Üdvözlettel Pál Debrecenből, a Simpatia szállásról.

Apartmán v centru Říma,velmi útulný a čistý, personál vždy k dispozici a velmi sympatický, doporučuji opravdu všem. Za málo peněz, lepší než hotel, měli jsme kuchyn s lednicí, v ceně transport z letiště, majitel nás doprovodil do jedné levné restaurace, kde jsme si dali skvělou pizzu. A casa simpatia je skvělé místo, brzy se vrátíme.

Moc pěkné ubytování v centru, manažer byl velice milý, mladý a sympatický a pozval nás dokonce do své oblíbené restaurace na skvělou pizzu. Bylo nám v Simpatii moc dobře a všem tento pobyt u Paola vřele doporučujeme. Rádi bychom se opět vrátili. Navíc cena za ubytování byla velmi výhodná. První 2 noci jsme totiž bydleli v neútulném hostelu, za nějž jsme zaplatili stejnou cenu jako za útulné ubytování u Paola.

Apartmany, pokoje a obsluha byla velmi mila a privetiva. Ubytovani se nachazi v centru Rima a je dostupne mestske hromadne doprave. Pobyt se nam opravdu libil a doporucujeme jej vsem! Cena za ubytovani je vzhledem ke sve kvalite velmi vyhodna a zahrnuje take velmi peknou knihu o Rime. Navic, slecna, ktera pro nas pobyt organizovala mluvila nasim jazykem. Zdravime A Casa Simpatia a doporucujeme ji i vam - jiste budete spokojeni.

The appartement is really recomended for families and friends' groups that need to have more than classic hostels. For cold rainy days in December we've found warmy rooms, completely-utilited kitchen, eeeeextra bed, personal private bathroom and Paolo's greatest hospitality. Every time we'll return to see Rome we'll be thare...

Der Apartment ist geeignet fur die Familie oder Freunde. Die Kuche und das Privatbad sind zur Verfugung. Die Lage ist zentral, in der Nahe von Metrostazion Vittorio Emanuele und dem Hauptbahnhof Termini.

Not so clean, and most of time without electricity.

It's not that bad but if you have other options, take it!
