Lamentablemente pesima experiencia, no tenian la habitacion contratada, nos llevaron a otra ubicacion, reserve una habitacion con dos camas y fue de una y la cama fatal, limpieza desastrosa, todo muy sucio y muy descuidado, baño horrible. Lo unico la calefaccion menos mal

Fue la peor experiencia que tuve. Cuando llegamos no había ni un cartel que indicara que era un hostel, tocamos timbre y llamamos y nadie contesto. Con lo cual asumo que el hostel no existe y es una estafa. Sumado a ello, nadie se hizo responsable desde la plataforma.

HORRIBLE PLACE. Do not stay here. WE HAD TO WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT by a man telling us we had to leave the room (at 2AM!!!) because staff was not well informed on the dates of our stay. Of course, no refund was provided, even though it was their mistake. Plus, the place is dirty and noisy as I have never seen before. WORSE STAY EVER. I honestly advise you not to book any night in this hostel.

The place was horrible! First, it was so hard for us to check-in as no body picked up the phone. We waited for almost 1,5 hours outside with the winter wind! Second, the place is super dirty! There were 2 plastic bags inside the toilet with poo and shits! It is like living with animals in the house! It stinks really bad. We send the email to the hostel but they did not response at all! The third, The check out time was crap as well as they did not mention anything in the email and suddenly at 10 am they asked us to leave the place. The place is crap so dont book this hostel. It is really horrible sleeping with the smell of the shit all around the place!

Well, it's not a bad place. it's in a good position but it's not an hostel as it is meant. It's a house where there are more bedrooms and you can be transferred in another place if tehre isn't any there. Bathroom are quite clean but really small and actually everything it's quite small... We staied there only to sleep and we didn't have the possibility to socialize a lot but I guess it's quite impossibile there. They do not have lot of plugs so we had problem to recharge all our laptops and mobile phones.

Sitio limpio, cálido y confortable.la habitación doble es pequeña pero tiene todas las comodidades, incluido tv, plancha y frigo. Hay varios servicios con duchas disponibles en cada planta. Cocina limpia y bien equipada. Lo único negativo es que al no haber recepción, tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos hasta que vino alguien a hacernos el check in, por lo demás, muy recomendable.

Aucune communication entre personnel, ménage fait exclusivement dans la cuisine ! Aucun torchons ni papier pour s'essuyer les mains et l'attente pour le Check in on en parle pas.
De plus, aucun remboursement lorsque tu pars plus tôt et que tu préviens 1 semaine avant donc mail envoyé lors de la reservation est faux.
Ceci dit le point positif sera des personnes agréable comme ador et les hostess voisins comme le 30 ou 31 on l'air beaucoup mieux.

"L'hotel" è gestito da delle ragazze giovani che appena arrivati ci hanno portato nel nostro "appartamento"
Le ragazze devo dire che erano carine però il check in è solo dalle 11 in poi quindi essendo arrivata con in anticipo ho dovuto aspettare che arrivassero (in ogni caso c'è una saletta in cui sedersi)
L'appartamento (nella stessa stanza letto con davanti TV più angolo cottura e tavolino più bagno privato) non è grandissimo però ho trovato molto comodo avere la cucina con frigor fornelli forno e micronde!
Per quando riguarda la posizione diciamo che anche se si trova in zona due almeno due cambi con la metro bisogna farli (fermata brondesbury park linea overground due minuti a piedi dalla fermata all'appartamento )!
Pulizia quando siamo arrivati il primo giorno era tutto pulito forse gli angolo del bagno non erano puliti con cura ma se proprio si vuole guardare il pelo nell'uovo!
Inoltre nell'appartamento c'è un attimo Wi-Fi (la password viene data all'arrivo insieme alle chiavi e ai codici del cancello per entrare)
In conclusione sono rimasta soddisfatta, lo consiglio vivamente!
Se dovessi tornare a Londra tornerei li sicuramente

Não conseguimos nem ficarmos hospedado no HOSTEL devido a falta de serviço deles. Iríamos chegar no dia 18/maio as 16h e quando chegamos não tinha ninguém no local. Sendo que o HOSTEL nos informou que iríamos pagar uma taxa de 25 libras a mais, devido a entrega da chave ser no domingo, fora da hora do expediente. CONCORDAMOS. Avisamos todos os nossos detalhes de viagem pelo e-mail e da parte do HOSTEL não foi comprido. Ai resolvemos nos hospedar em outro lugar, devido as nossas atividades na cidade de viagem, só podíamos ligar alguns dias depois, ao ligar a atendente relatou que enviou um e-mail com as discrição para pegar a chave (mais não teria nenhum pessoa no local) [e-mail enviado dia 18/maio as 12h. Estávamos em voo]. Perguntei se tinha lido os e-mails, porque estaria viajando e não teria comunicação. Ela respondeu: se eu não tinha internet era uma problema meu, porque eles não poderiam adivinhar. Ou seja, cade o comprometimento e cade as informações que descrevi ao contratar a hospedagem? Tenho todos os e-mail que enviei para o HOSTEL com nossas preocupações ao chegarmos. Achamos um absorto a situação. Com isso, nos não ficamos nesse lugar. NAO RECOMENDAMOS A NINGUÉM A CONTRATAR ESTA HOSPEDAGEM (ALL STAR HOSTEL).
Detalhe: estávamos viajando a 18h. Saímos de Salvador para São Paulo e de São Paulo para Londres.
ESTAMOS INDIGNADO COM ESTA EMPRESA. AFIRMANDO: NAO RECOMENDAMOS A NINGUÉM.

Hostel is newly refurbished, bathrooms and kitchens are really nice which is something I always look for!
About 20 mins from central London, hostel is about a 6 minute walk from station.
Met some really nice people who have been staying here for a while, it has a friendly, relaxed 'homely' atmosphere. Not a party hostel. Staff are mostly Aussie/Kiwi, and are really friendly. They offer a free pick up service from the station when you arrive which is really good when the area is not familar. I'd reccommend it.
