The B&B Villa Teresa is located in residential and peripheral area of Lecce in Salento on the road Lecce - San Cesario. Located at approximately 2 km from the historic centre of Lecce and close to the new hospital Vito Fazzi, is easily accessible from the East and West highway, serving the city in the Adriatic ad Ionian coast seaside towns.

A pleasant holiday to visit the 'Capital of the Baroque', the rural landscapes and the beaches of lower Salento, to spend in a quiet and peaceful environment surrounded by a large garden and lower houses. A chance to live the cultural and artistic initiatives who Lecce offers in any season of the year.

There are 3 large and comfortable rooms available to guests all equipped with balcony and independent veranda. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, LCD TV, connection to internet via lan or wifi, fridge, bath room, hairdryer, cradle for children (if request).

Price includes overnight stay, breakfast, reording, dayly cleaning of the room and the change of clothes every 3 days. No pets are allowed.
