Hotel San Tomaso *

nothing to see; cleaning, close to shops, restaurants and metro. People in the hotel attentive and kind.

Ok so this is a tricky one....the services and the overall impression of the hotel was really good.But then i came to know that the hotel is home to sick old bastard who can ruin your trip. He sleeps in room no 2. Never ever stay in this room. Excluding this shitty old guy, all te things at the hostel are very good. Especially the staff which is very co-operative.

i really enjoyed my stay. ver clean and quite. the staff are very helpful and tolerant. hope to come there again and again...

fajna lokalizacja,wi fi,wygodne łózka.

Brakowało jedynie lodówki w pokoju, przy takich temperaturach by się bardzo przydała

- staff hardly spoke english

- we had to wait until 17 for our rooms

- hot water is pretty slow

- wifi not connected in the room

sehr günstige Lage, sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich war in einem Zimmer für 3 dann 4 Personen, es gab jeden Tag ein frisches Badetuch, Seife und Duschgel; jedoch keinen versperrbaren Schrank im Zimmer (das Gepäck kann in der Rezeption abgegeben werden). W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut. Kein Frühstück, aber an der Rezeption kann man Tee oder Kaffee kaufen.

とても清潔なホテルで、ベッドメイキングも丁寧にやっていただけます。スタッフは韓国か中国の方で、物静ですが丁寧に接客してくれます。

シャワーとトイレがセットなのが何点ですが、清潔ですしいくつもあるので他人の使用時間など気にしなくても済みます。個人的にはとても良かったです。

The room was very clean, staff really nice, all the necessary equipment was there and WE LOVED THE BALCONY. The only minus was the noise outside, but i guess it's typical for such big city :) And the localisation is perfect, just between the main station and city center, plus at least two supermarkets and lovely pizza house nearby.

la stanza era decorosa ,pulita ma la tapparella non chiudeva bene .Una notte è stata disturbata da una lite tra ospiti.

Fue una de las peores noches en un hostal. Estaba sucio y hacía muchísimo calor. No tenían aire acondicionado, por lo que tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta en una calle de mucho ruido. Nada recomendable, aunque sea barato

This location is ideal if you're traveling by train! 15 to 20 minute walk to milano Central ( when u come out of main exit of station, walk straight down along via victtorio piscani which is a wide avenue with corporate building s on each side, 10 minutes or so u will c piazza reppublica then turn left on viale Tunisia, walk another 5 minutes until u c no.6 on left side of street).

It's a 25 minute walk to milano p ga station, just walk along viale Tunisia.

Shopping district is 1/2 block away, grocery stores, café across street. Japanese restaurant downstairs. Downtown piazza castello is 25 minute walk, a park is also on the way

Shower stalls are tiny and moldy. WiFi is great

But people sometimes smoke in lobby . overall good value for Milan and its location makes up a lot. I recommend it to others if you're looking for a budget place

Per essere un Hotel ad una stella se lo merita pienamente. Ottima location e staff disponibile a varie esigenze. Consigliato.

Emplacement parfait, en plein centre. Les chambres sont calmes, propres. Bon rapport qualité/prix ! Bonne surprise, nous avions une terrasse dans notre chambre !

Hotel połozony w dogodnym miejscu, blisko do stacji metra, pokoje czyste choć sam budynek hotelu jest dość stary, obsługa słabo mówiąca po angielsku

Ottimo per passare una o due notti e vicino la stazione centrale.

Camera decente e nel complesso va bene.

Le uniche due pecche sono il personale che parla poco italiano e il wifi che salta regolarmente.

It is a very good place, well located affordable price and clean, and the receptionists are nice and helpful

掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があります。場所も便利で分かりやすく、Wi-Fiは無料で問題なく使えました。場所も便利なのでオススメです。

it's pretty good location, around 15 mins from Milan train station, just go straight and turn left on Tunisia.

The worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is not included and costs 2 euro (coffee & croissant), hairdryer is the only one for the whole hotel, double beds are actually the two mattresses with a bid gap inside them. The only good thing of it is its location and that's it.

The quality of the Internet was awful.

ottima posizione, a pochi minuti di distanza dalla fermata di porta venezia.. a piedi in poco tempo si raggiunge il centro, piazzale loreto e la stazione centrale.. la pulizia della camera lascia abbastanza a desiderare.. così come l'arredamento in generale... ottimo per una notte... l hotel è gestito da cinesi che parlano e capiscono molto poco l'italiano...

Very noisy, but centrally situated.

Many bathrooms. No locker, but you can store your luggage at the reception.

新しくはありませんが、お掃除など行き届いています。

アジア系のオーナーのようですが、とにかくスタッフの皆さんの対応がとてもいいです。

Le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant. C'est sommaire mais les lits sont convenables ( pas de mauvaise surprise à ce niveau là ).

Les sanitaires ( douche + wc ) sont à l'extérieur de la chambre mais ce n'est pas dérangeant.

Enfin, l'hôtel est plutôt bien situé ( à 20min à pied d' il duomo )

Le personnel a été très complaisant (nous avons quitté la chambre à 14h et personne n'est venu nous réveiller à 11h pour nous demander de la quitter alors que c'est une obligation) et serviable.

Deux remarques pour information : 1. lors du règlement à l'hôtel, il y a une taxe supplémentaire de 2-3 € à payer, ce que j'ignorais.

2. Les chambres sont au 3ème étage d'un bâtiment ( un autre hôtel au 6ème ). Aux autres étages, ce sont des logements pour les locaux.

su internet ci sono delle immagini che non fanno vedere il grado di igiene pessima e le cattive condizioni dello stabile.

on the internet all the images doesn't show the dirtiness and bad conditions of the hotel.

We could not stay in the hotel because of some error in the reservation for which we presented ourselves a night earlier. But I am disappointed that the hotel still wants to take our money even when we did not make use of the hotel anymore. This for me is the highest level of injustice against a stranded customer.

So this is not your usual hipster hostel. But I liked it because of the nature of my trip at this point in Milan.

Pros

-no bunk beds

-sink in the room

-only four people to a room

-breakfast is an option and it is cheap

-HELPFUL and nice front desk staff (24 hours) I deal with a girl whose name was rainbow. really sweet and friendly

-free wi-fi

-big, clean, showers and toilets with hot water (3 individual bathrooms)

-plenty of outlets in the room

-overall just really enjoyed being in a VERY clean hostel for a night and taking a long, hot shower without my flip flops on.

Cons

-mattress was NOT comfortable

-only take cash

-I don't have a smart phone nor did I bring a computer so the wi-fi didn't help. I would have needed a physical computer had I needed to use the internet(which I didn't)

-not the usual hostel-like ambience

Me parece una buena opciòn, aunque creo que es un poco elevado el costo, quizàa fue las fechas en las que vine a Milàn. Pero en general estàa bien.

Hotel correct mais l'état des chambres est un peu limite (porte de douche cassée...)Le petit déjeuner compris dans l'offre m'a été refusé sur place. Petite arnaque un peu mesquine car il faut savoir que le petit déjeuner coûte sur place 2 euros.

La position de l'hôtel dans la ville reste cependant assez intéressante (entre la gare et le duomo) et la gamme de prix des chambres en dessous de la moyenne.

私は片言の英語でしたが、スタッフの対応も良く、気持ち良く過ごせました。また、常にスタッフが掃除しておられ館内も綺麗でした。

Not far from the central train station. Located on a main street (which you can hear during the night). A very clean hotel, excellent WC (loved the new small shower), staff are kind and un-intruisive. Shampoo, soap, towel, and sheets were provided. We stayed in the 4 bed dorm. We enjoyed our stay!

It's terrible. Noisy and without infrastructure. The breakfast is a lie. It's not included as they say in the add.

The mattress was horrible.

The daytime receptionist was really not pleasant and spoke very bad English.

It is a clean hostel and the location is great, but that's about it.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral und man ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß am Dom.Nachts war es jedoch ziemlich laut,da das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt.Das Personal war zwar freundlich und bemüht,jedoch konnte an der Rezeption keiner richtig Englisch sprechen und daher keine Tipps zur Stadt geben.Leider ist in dem Preis kein Frühstück mitinbegriffen und Zimmer und Ambiente erinnert eher an ein Hostel.Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt,was uns ermöglicht hat um 5 uhr morgens abzureisen.

Letztendlich war es aber ausreichend und eine gute Alternative für 1-2 Übernachtungen.

A clean hostel with towels and Internet. However very noisy at night and no common room so wouldn't be great if you were alone.

Everything was fine, but we were told breakfast was included, and in fact it was not. We had to pay 2 euro for a coup of coffe and a croissant.

Not exactly 10 minutes from the Central Station, but still a great location. Piazza Venezia metro is 2 minutes away. It's a very clean place, given its category. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Note that breakfast is only one croissant + drink.

Custo benefício nota 10! Do lado de um metrô e da Corso Buenos Aires, pertinho do centro/Duomo (a pé da uns 10, 15min). Encontrei tudo sempre bem limpinho. As donas estão sempre de boa vontade para atender e ajudar. Mas o café da manhã não está incluso, como diz no site.
