Statilia Guesthouse is a very low budget B&B in Rome which has so much to offer. It's conveniently situated 15 minutes walking from Colosseo and few meters from a "A" underground station stop.

Buffet breakfast is included. Linen, towels change 2€ (every three days), blankets are free of use.
No lock outs, you have your own key to come and go whenever you want, sleep whenever you please. Come....hurry and have a nice vacation!!!

Kitchen is available. Luggages are free of storage after checking out.


10 minutes walking from Piazza San Giovanni which is the place where Basilica of San Giovanni Laterano is.

Few minutes away from metro "A" stops to get to Vatican, Piazza di Spagna, Via Del Corso (main shopping Steet) and many other places. Please ask our staff and they will happily help you for everything.

Statilia Guesthouse is a safe and quiet place to stay in Rome. Also for this reason we kindly invite you not to smoke, drink alcooholics and party inside our building. We do our best to keep our rooms peaceful, clean and nice.

We also have shuttle service "from and to" Airports (it has extra rate, and has to be reserved in advance).

 

 

Uvjeti i pravila

VERY PLEASANT REQUEST: When you arrive in the front door of the building, since the receptionist is not there all day long, you may find nobody answering, so please give us a call and inform us that you are arrived. Plese wait our staff coming to take you in front of the building main door at the street level, please ring bell in outside of gate, don't enter inside because my neighbours complain.
