Einfach tolle Unterkunft und eine total liebe Familie!!

It is a really nice and cosy room under the roof. The room is situated within a household of a Venice family, but it has its own bathroom and lies one story higher than the rest of the apartment. It is quiet, clean and easy to reach through the ferry connection. The host family is very nice and friendly.

Os lo recomiendo a todos, a pesar de que no esta en la isla de Venecia, merece la pena la experiencia del vaporeto cada mañana.

Un B&B très difficile à trouver et inconnu des autres habitants de l’île. Bruyant, surtout lorsque les voyageurs, fatigués par leurs voyages, veulent dormir tôt le soir.

Cependant, les propriétaires sont très accueillant et l'endroit est suffisant pour 3 nuits, pour un couple sans enfants.

La camera è deliziosa. E svegliarsi nella tranquillità del lido, osservare Venezia da lontano, prendere il battello e avvicinarsi.. è stato veramente un bel soggiorno.

A lovely family place situated in Lido/Venice is a great option for those wanting some peace from the busy city centre (getting there by a vaporetto; the vaporetto stop is just few minutes from the house). Lido is also known for the public beach (free of charge). The room we stayed is an attic sunny room with a nice and clean (own) bathroom/WC. If we would think about going back to Venice in the future we would again book this accommodation.

It's not a hostel it's a flat. Family who lives there is renting one room in the attic for turists. The room and the bathroom are nice and very clean, family members are very friendly but it's not a hostel. There is no brakfast, "B&B" in the name might be misleading. Also you need to pay 8Euro for additional Tax that was not mentioned before arrival. Overall: great location and nice place to stay but not 100% correct with the description.

Hemos estado muy agusto, a pesar de que no es lo que ofrecen. No es un hotel B&B, sino la buhardilla (con mucho encanto)de una casa particular, a la que se accede por su salón. Paolo y Ute (dueños)son muy amablas y te dan total libertad. Repetiríamos la experiencia.

Найти его достаточно сложно. Но удобное расположение для отдыха в Венеции. Добраться можно с любой точки на вапоретто, и далее 10 минут пешком.Находиться в обычной квартире, на мансардном этаже. Есть собственный туалет и душ.Хозяева- Паоло и Юта- очень дружелюбны.Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. И здесь нет толп туристов, как в самой Венеции.
