The Flying Pig Downtown Hostel

Best hostel I´ve stayed in Europe! Friendly staff, great location, good bedrooms, free internet and pool and a very cool smoking room, I had a lot of fun there! Not the cheapest place but it´s worth every cent.

It is a very fun hostel and lots of young people to meet and hang out with. The staff knows the area and can answer pretty much all your questions. Highly recommended.

If your idea of a good time is smoking great grass and partying with people from all over the world this place is fantastic. I probably wouldnt reccomend the pig if your not 4:20 friendly. I had a great time here.

The bins in our room and bathroom were not emptied our entire stay..

I was in a 32 person room. It was A ZOO. People were snoring so loud, in their underwear and best of all two people on the top bunk next to me were having sexual intercourse for about 4 hours. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I ended up leaving early and staying at a hotel.

Thankyou guys so much for such a wonderful time in amsterdam! There's no better place to party, meet people, chat and just enjoy yourself than the pig. Take it easy and see you soon, I hope! Best wishes, William

A recommander. Un peu cher si on veut rester longtemps mais idéal si on reste moins d'une semaine. Le bar est sympa.

Buen hostal, muy bien situado y buen trato. Pero... es un poco guarrete, pero poquito eh.

great location..just didnt like how dirty our room was when we got there. other than that i loved the atmosphere and definitely want to come back and stay at the flying pig again!

the hostel double-booked my bed, and many people had problems with their key cards when i was there. staff was great with all problems though. great place.

Great hostel! Really nice staff!!! The bar and lounge are a great place to hang out! Really relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance from every interest point. Very safe!

I wouldn't recommend staying at the Flying Pig if you're not interested in smoking pot in their opium den like lobby and bar-- even though the location and staff are excellent, you're paying a whole lot of American dollars for a pretty average room and good breakfast.

Coffee Shop Across The Street, Downstairs Is Like Smoking At Grandpa's Pad, Big TV, Amazing Movie Selection, Party Lasts All Night, Kick Ass Music, Easy To Meet People, Free Breakfest, Internet, Pool Table, Women, Drugs, Bar, THE BEST HOSTEL RUNNING IN AMSTERDAM BABY!

We very much enjoyed staying the Flying Pig Downtown, and it was an ideal location to stay for what we wanted to do. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Hvaing the breakfast was also good, but could of been done with having it earlier.

Ho avuto un freddo bestiale alla sera, nella stanza 101. Quelli della reception me hanno detto "e'cosi"... Devi portare una tuta di sci!!!
