About us
Sunny Lisbon - Guest House & Residence opened its doors in May 2014. Specially designed for students, we receive all kind of guests: tourists, students, workers. The house is very lighted, it was made thinking about the comfort. The staff is Diana, the manager who comes everyday to check if everything is going well and also who welcomes the guests and helps in everything they need.

Accommodation
We have 11 rooms, with different types: 4 suites - with private bathroom and fridge, (some with balcony), 1 cozy apartment - with balcony, fridge and bathroom, , 4 doubles with sharing bathrooms, 1 twin with sharing bathrooms and private washbasin and 1 single with sharing bathrooms and private washbasin.


Services and activities
We have spacious common areas such as a totally renewed kitchen, spacious living room and comfortable dinning room.

Surroundings
Very traditional neighbor. We have a lidl supermarket 5 minutes walking and open shops 24h. We are 20 minutes walking to downtown and 10 minutes walking to graça - the old part of the city.

Sunny Lisbon is a great experience of living in Lisbon, near the most beautiful views of the city, such as Miradouro da Graça, Feira da Ladra (2ND HAND MARKET) and you are also very close to the downtown area.
