Ostello Santa Fosca - CPU Venice Hostels

Per motivi covid siamo stati spostati alla struttura Casa Accademia, stessa gestione.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Come sempre tutto ok!

Best hostel I’ve ever been in the center of Venice, 15 min by foot to the Piazza San Marco / Rialto, quiet (because in the middle of a convent), super clean, secure, with a beautiful garden and a big kitchen when we can use pasta and rice for free. The staff was so nice and booked for me some activities for free.

I recommend 100%

For me this was the loveliest hostel I've stayed at so far! The location is perfect on the island (although the whole Venice island is very walkable no matter where you're staying). The hostel has a great common room, kitchen and courtyard. In the kitchen they offer free pasta, spices and oil.

The entire place is extremely clean and someone came to clean our room and bathroom every day. Reception staff is also extremely friendly and happy to help/answer any questions; I also got to meet students from the nearby student dormitory.

I also met really great roommates and people in the common room; this place was definitely the highlight of my stay in Italy!

El hostel está bien ubicado, tiene un hermoso jardín y las habitaciones son amplias. Nos recibieron super bien, nos recomendaron lugares que donde ir, todo súper limpio y muy serviciales. Un hermoso hostel. Gracias!!

Ostello Santa Fosca is a very nice hostel! The rooms are clean, the staff's very friendly and gave me a lot of tips, even though I checked in quite late. The location was superb, only 13 minutes by foot from the train station and just 4 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop. The main touristic spots are also at walking distance, but the hostel is situated in a nice quiet place where you don't hear any noise.

Me pareció excelente, todo muy limpio lo único esque para traer las toallas se ocupa mucho espacio pues solo dejan una bolsa pequeña de mano y duras penas caben las cosas personales podrían al menos alquilarlas, por lo demás todo muy bien

Localisée dans un chouette quartier moins touristique que d’autres.

Pas de couvre-feu, une clé nous est donnée afin de pouvoir rentrer dans l'auberge lorsque la grille d’entrée est fermée.

On a droit chacun à un casier verrouillé dont on a la clé afin d’y laisser nos affaires lorsqu’on part découvrir Venise, ce qui est plutôt pratique lorsqu’on a beaucoup d’affaires.

Joli bâtiment.

Endroit en général assez calme. Le staff est très accueillant !

On a passé un bon séjour là-bas !

cleaning stuff is removing personal things and the toilet was not always clean. the stuff was perfect, but the men was a horror, loud and intrusive. the cling system of the doors has to be improved!

Buena calidad en general. Colchones cómodos, sábanas, baños limpios y cocina tb con cosas básicas para cocinar. Buena localización. Buen jardin. Ventilador en techo. Locker enorme. Posibilidad de dejar maletas aunque no está vigilado. Lo único malo, el horario del checo in..pero esta avisado perfectamente. Viaje con mi hija de 8 años y todo fue perfecto.

Il voto allo staff va tutto alla signora che si occupa dei check in, fantastica! La pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, si potrebbe aggiungere un corner dove poterlasciare sapone che non si vuole portare indietro per chi verrà in seguito.

Ottima posizione, ma un po'nascosto. Sarebbe bello avere anche uno scaffale dove lasciare/ prendere cibo gratuitamente (degli ospiti che partono). L'ostello è carino ma al limite del necessario, un po' troppo minimalistico.

It’s a nice and central hostel especially for Venice however is a very old building that could do with a renovation and clean. We weren’t given blankets in our room either. Was okay for a bed

Todo estuvo perfecto. La ubicación y la comodidad fueron lo mejor del hostel.

The location is great and the building is incredibly beautiful. The staff was very nice and smiling.

Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the room. I've been bitten around thirty times and the staff wasn't taking it seriously at all. They even accused us to have brought them. The place could be infested if they don't react correctly.

Great hostel! Good location, super clean, amazing rooms (private with bathroom), staff very friendly, beatiful spaces inside the hostel (basket/football field, gardens... Will repeat next time i go to Venice!

Spent my whole summer visiting cities throughout Spain, Italy, and France and this may have been my favorite hostel I stayed in. Loved all of the green spaces/courtyards, friendly people and staff (the only reasonably priced place I could find in venice that allowed me to check in after my late night flight), and only a few single beds to each room rather than filled to capacity with bunk beds.

Decent sized rooms and great lockers, fan isn’t that good so gets hot in summer, kitchen was excellent and location is nice. Not the most social but nice courtyard

It was easy to communicate with staff and the room was cosy.

직원분이 한국말할줄 아셔서 너무 반가웠어요ㅠㅠ!! 계단이 좀 많아서 짐들고 올라가긴 힘들었지만 가격이 착해서 만족합니당~

El hostel es muy lindo, limpio y super cómodo. El personal que lo atiende es muy atento y se nota que conoce mucho la ciudad porque te dan muy buenos consejos de lugares y cosas para ver qué no son muy conocidos. El último día después de hacer mi checkout me dejaron usar todas las instalaciones. Es un alojamiento altamente recomendable.

A little bit dated (especially the bathrooms) but in a very convenient location to some main streets of Venice, while far away enough to be quiet at night. Has all you need.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hostel building is a beautiful former convent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, and the kitchen area was excellent. Remember that no towels are provided, and even the private rooms are in the style of university dorms. The hostel is slightly out of the way - don't expect to pop out the front door and immediately see a market. But within about 5 minutes or so, you start to see shops.

Una vera sorpresa. Nel cuore di Venezia. Ambiente piacevole e accogliente. Adatto a tutti.

Lack of AC expected, but only one small fan for 4th floor not enough. Views were amazing and hostel was very charming. Overall definitely worth it!

I hadn't stayed in a hostel dorm for a long time and actually was happy with the experience. I had my own bed (not a bunk bed) which was really nice, and although we were seven in a room (female dorm) I felt like we managed quite well with just one bathroom and one toilet to share. Everyone was respectful and kind. The staff was friendly, the kitchen was well equipped however the fridge was very small. Free tea, coffee and pasta was a nice added touch. It was clean, location was nice and within walking distance from everywhere. Overall definitely recommended!

Man at reception wonderful! Gave us so many tips on exploring Venice for our one day there. He went above and beyond.

It was à Nice expérience. Rooms were warm and cosy.

Ótimo lugar em Veneza pra ficar! A cozinha é ótima, e fica super perto da estação de trem.

Fait le taff pour une étape mais salle de bains pas pratique du tout, un seul toilette et douche pour une chambre de 6 personnes. Le personnel est assez bruyant le matin dans la salle commune, je déconseille d'essayer d'y étudier. La cuisine est pratique et bien équipée (pâtes, riz, huile, ustensiles...) mais dommage qu'il ny ait pas de petit dej compris.

Beautiful hostel, everything is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is very friendly. The location is okay, it is easy to find and near the stations but far from the "center". As a negative aspect, my room was really cold considering it was in winter.
