The apartment is placed in the best area of Miramar close to any point of Havana city. The apartament is cosy, with a great open terrace to the garden. Impressive natural illumination and located in the 1st floor.

Composed of hall, living + dining room, open terrace, 2 big bedrooms with twins beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 big and 1 small. Hot water and air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. All the beds, mattress and furniture are new and confortable.

Terrace attached to the living room opened to the garden. Air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Kitchen with accessories, dishes, seasons... Laundry machine.

Surroundings
Located in Miramar, area of the new trendy private restaurants, bars and night clubs in the city. 30mt from the Havana taxi lines to access to the downtown and Old Havana (10 minutes approx) , 100mt from the sea, near to biggest Havana supermarket “3era y 70”

Our apartment is located in the best area of Havana, quite but very near to the downtown and in the center of the bars and clubs area, a great combination of centric and exclusivity. Also closed to the sea and very connected with the public transport taxis which is key in Havana.
