概要

The large property -around 200 sq m- is situated on the ground floor of a 1920's building, with it´s original structure, tile floors, sculpted ceilings -5 m height- and an inner courtyard.
We ofer you a comfortable, wide double en-suite room. It's modernly equipped shower bathroom with hot and cold water the whole day. The room is acclimatized with air conditioner and ceiling fan, with 110V/200V AC power supply sockets.
For an extra 10.00 CUC a personal bed can be added in the case of three persons.

If as on an exceptional situation we cant receive you at home we are responsible to reallocate you in a place as closer to us as possible with similar or better conditions but the same price agred at Hostelsclub website.

The average price of the room is 25.00 CUC per night -may vary according the tourist season-, the same for one or two people. The price is negotiable for staying more than two weeks. Taxes included in price.
Services offered:
Free: local and international -reverted- phone calls, bike parking, luggage store, towels, linen and toilet paper.
On request: national phone calls, laundry, breakfast -not included in price- snacks and dinner.
Secure car parking on the street.
