About us
The property was built by my Grandfather in 1931. The project started in 2014. The atmosphere is really nice and peaceful. You should stay here because we never cancel a reservation. We are a really nice family with a great staff. We are waiting for you!

Accommodation
We have 3 rooms: one on the first floor with two queen size beds and a private bathroom. The other two rooms are on the second floor with a balcony, private bathroom, safe box etc. We have air conditioning, minibars, great shower, hot and cold water 24 hs in all rooms.

Services
We have a big living room, perfect to read and relax in, and we also have a terrace on the second floor, a patio with plants and birds and a nice place to serve breakfast and dinner.

Surroundings
We are in a good area, close to everything in the City, 300 meters from the Mian Plaza, bars, shops, restaurants, museums, Train Blindado, Che Guevara Mausoleum etc
