CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation occurs within 7 days before scheduled arrival only the 10% deposit will be lost.
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 7 days before) or a no show the property will charge the whole stay.

From ROme city center take a train direction to Anzio, drop down at Lido dei Pini station and call us for a pick up with shuttle service or take a taxy.

By car :
Take exit n.26 in G.R.A. which leads you to Via Pontina (S.S.148) and follow directions to Latina.
• From Pontina take the exit “Anzio-Nettuno” and follow directions to Anzio
• At the traffic light take a right to Via Cavallo Morto
• Take a right and go straight until you reach km 29.000th
• At km 29.000th turn left to Via Malvito Vecchiarelli
• Go straight on until you reach Via Ardeatina

CONDITIONS
Prices include 10% VAT, use of cold/hot water, electric power and gas, air conditioning with inverter, initial cleaning.
Final cleaning:
€ 30,00 Cottage for 4 persons
€ 35,00 Cottage for 4+ 2 persons
€ 45,00 Cottage hosting pets

The cottages are fully equipped with air conditioning with inverter, TV, complete dish and kitchen serving sets, bed sheets and bath towels and have free wireless internet access.
Pets are not allowed.
RESERVATION

Reservation must be confirmed with a 30% deposit of the total fair. The difference should be settled upon arrival.

You may take your key at the reception from 02:00pm and return it by 10:00am on departure day.


Additional reservation costs will be charged. A €200,00 deposit must be settled upon arrival and will be returned on departure.
Before you leave the campsite the cottage is checked and may any damage or loss occur they will be charged as indicated on the pricelist within each unit.
