Including:

• The use of the apartment including household appliances and dishware , the use of water, gas, electricity, linen (which are changed weekly) and taxes.

Not included in the weekly tariff:

• Final cleaning of 30,00 Euro for each apartment and the use of the air-conditioner of 7,00 Euro a day.

General conditions:

• The apartments are booked when 30 % of the total price is payed 20 days in advance. If you cancel the reservation the advance payment will not be refunded.( The apartments will be hired to anyone if 30% of the total amount will be paid 20 days before arriving.
• The apartments are available from 12:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure you have to check out before 10:00 a.m.
• For weekly reservations the apartments are available from Saturday to Saturday.
• It's required to pay a deposit of 50,00 Euro on arrival , which will be refunded at the check out.

Reductions:

• A discount of 10% for the second week of your stay;
• A discount of 5% on the daily and weekly price for ARCI members;
• Children from 2 to 5 years old are for free;
• Group tariffs on request.
