Boa Vista Residence is a new structure born in 2013 .
The spirit is to offer a calm and serene atmosphere in a beautiful setting like San Vito Lo Capo .

The Residence, which is newly built, offers holiday apartments in San Vito lo Capo sleeping from 2 to 6, elegantly furnished with beaten iron beds, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, hair-dryer, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linen, exclusive use verandah or patio.

At our holiday houses, guests can use a car-parking space and also a lovely pine grove with an equipped barbecue and tables in the open air, a relaxation corner and a private tennis court.

Boa Vista is in a residential area of San Vito lo Capo, in a tranquil area, away from chaos but also in the center of the town, 600 metres from a magnificent white sandy beach and a transparent sea.


A few metres away you can find shops, bars and restorations. It'spossible to rent bicycles at an agency not far away or book sun shades and sunbeds directly on the beach.
